Today, we're introducing a working Loveable for video production.
It does a video production teams work in minutes by writing, reserching, and editing like a human would.
Hiring a video production team of upwork is now optional:
Chronic X user during work days,
Strait of Hormuz fisherman on the weekend.
Replying to @Ryker_Strategy
Hahah I should though been fishing on the strait of Hormuz this weekend would have been a fire vlog.
With all the war, hacking and potential economic collapses looming I find myself decreasingly being able to make long term decisions.
Optionality is becoming a strategic advantage.
BREAKING: The U.S. is now preparing to launch major strikes on Iran “within 96 hours” of receiving an order from President Trump, with planning shifted beyond easily rebuilt targets like missile launchers to nuclear facilities, energy infrastructure and military bases, per CNN.
Two U.S. officials say sufficient forces are already in the region, and the scope goes well beyond “mowing the lawn." "It will be a big effort,” and “Trump appearing to lean toward major action despite not making a final decision,” one official said.
CNN reported Intelligence assessments indicate Iran and the Houthis will likely retaliate immediately against U.S. personnel if strikes launch. The diplomatic drawdown is already underway, with the Riyadh embassy under ordered departure and others expected to follow.
I’m having a hard time thinking about what to post these days.
Both because I’m busy but also I feel like most the of my day to day stuff is becoming increasingly unrelatable.
I’m just focused building A tier teams, aligning said teams on the vision and how to execute, unbottlenecking processes in the companies and for the SaaS businesses a lot of enterprise sales.
I could potentially talk about it more but my day to day has heavily shifted from the day to day to managing different projects in my portfolio.
Consolidation is coming
Replying to @chamath
Pretty much.
As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.
My number one warning I will keep repeating.
We do not need AGI to reduce the entire white collar internet economy down to the cost of compute.
It should worry you if you make a living of a computer.
Fable 5.5 is coming today, as per sources.
Anthropic is reportedly about to launch Claude Fable 5.5, the follow up to Fable 5.1.
- It's said to be better at reasoning and intuition than current Claude models
- The focus is on understanding users more naturally, even when they don't explain everything perfectly
- Basically, you won't need long, detailed prompts. Even half-baked ones should be enough for it to figure out your intent
The signs have been here for all to see:
- On Oct 13, claude-fable-5-5 appeared in Azure's model catalog marked "Generally Available"
- Partners reportedly already have access
- New codenames "Onigiri" and "Verrine" surfaced in the Devin CLI
- Both previous Fable launches dropped on a Tuesday.
Today is Tuesday
It would also complete the 5.5 lineup after Opus, Sonnet and Haiku.
This direction isn't new either. Anthropic's Fable 5 prompting guide already says a short statement of intent can steer most of the model's behavior, and that overly detailed old-style prompts can hurt output.
I think we're moving into a phase where prompt engineering matters less for everyday tasks. You just describe what you want and the model figures out the rest.
The first Titan model is getting closer

It was a slow process over time, I mean I’m not completely agi pilled.
But I am always thinking about the state of the market. For YouTube but also for wider business that’s why usually in the YouTube space I am way ahead in terms of metas.
I just experienced so much first hand evidence of that the above will come true that I just can’t shake the feeling.
And unlike other oppertunities I don’t see a way any of us will benefit from this in the long run so I’ve resorted to warning people. Like there is no underlying agenda for me here.
Like it is genuinely a concerned good will warning for all my friends who live of the internet to make their cash and get out.
We actually hire editors @vidrush just to teach the systems taste.
Replying to @robertoblake
the editors who'll be fine are the ones selling taste and judgment, not hours on a timeline. ai makes the cut cheap, not the decision
I feel like knowing how to run YouTube channels will actually be somewhat of a comparable education to a marketing education in college now.
Especially if you go into the regular company / startup space head of growth positions are turning out to be a very lucrative position and also one where not a lot of people are truly qualified to be one.
I was in San fransico the other week and I spoke to founders running 9 figure companies that would rather higher someone that scaled 5-10 social channels to millions of views then someone with a traditional marketing degree that has absolutely 0 proof of being able to grow social channels and just knows the theory.
It’s crazy to see how pro ai vs anti ai has become such a political thing where leftist have taken this virtuous anti position and everything ai touches is trash.
And the right has taken this progress at all cost stance.
I genuinely will never get that in the western world because of a political conviction some grown men and woman don’t have the emotional capacity to just reason based on factual or data backed evidence.
Like why is it so hard to say:
Hey, some ai might be a good thing.
But too much ai might be bad.
Like I’m just genuinely amazed about how some people can be 30-50 years old and still haven’t developed and type of individuality in their thinking.
I hope if I have time in the coming weeks that I can write a more extensive thread about my takes on ai. Also surrounding the iniative @MarioJoos and @oligilpin have taken at #teamhuman
I think I have a more centralist view of things as someone who is also actively building & participating in the ai landscape.
I do think if you have the time you should check out team human. I would be in support of pausing or regulating frontier AI. As I do think if left completely unpaced it could go bad quick.
Are we about to see iman enter the faceless space?
I’ve been keeping this a secret for a while, but earlier this year I made one of the biggest bets of my career & this time it's not in Silicon Valley or New York. It's in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
I'm proud to officially announce that I'm an investor & advisor to @higgsfield
Vidrush V2 is around the corner
And a series of frontier tools and models of API’s dropping soon 2 for your own workflows 😏
