Buyers price in what they can't see. A used miner with no history gets discounted for every way it might fail. And performance reports lie because the machines used to hash at that level but are now stored to make room for upgraded units.
Weeks of logged hashrate per board, chip temps and fan RPM leave far less to discount.

More than half of Bitcoin's electricity now comes from zero-emission sources, up from 37.6% in 2022, per Cambridge data. But renewable energy certificates let a miner in a coal-heavy grid claim clean power generated elsewhere, so the number looks better than many local grids actually are.

The 2 biggest mistakes I’ve made with $BTC are:
1. Not understanding the physics behind it
2. Thinking Bitcoin HAS TO go down or up because it’s just supposed to…
This is a very similar bounce off the Power Law as last time, folks. I think we can see low $70’s again but anything in the $60’s would be a freakin GIFT.
If you’re bullish on BTC I wouldn’t have a ton of money on the sidelines here. Pretty minimal downside with a TON of upside.
