Physicians still manage some of their busiest workflows across paper lists, multiple EMRs, messages & disconnected tools.
We built Notafid to change that.
Rounding + handoffs. AI scribe. Procedure & implant tracking. Tasks. CPTs + RVUs. Billing.
One physician-built platform designed for the way procedural specialists and their teams actually work.
Built from real experience on call. Start individually. Connect your practice when ready.
Notafid — Your clinical workflow. Organized.
Launching soon.

Yes, that was actually the inspiration. I started Notafid as a grassroots QI project after dealing with these problems myself across 4 hospitals and 3 EHRs.
Working with two engineers, we built around the daily pain points: not just tracking stent placement, but closing the loop on removal, follow-up, scheduling & tasks.
App Store soon, with a free trial so clinicians can put it into their own workflow and see for themselves.
Case logging is tedious—from training through practice.
Notafid makes it part of the workflow: procedures, CPT/wRVUs, billing & follow-up organized across facilities.
For urology, log a case with a stent—and it’s automatically added to your stent tracker.
Log once. Close the loop.
One rounding list. Across every hospital.
Notafid keeps your census organized with notes, billing codes, follow-up tasks & sign-out all in one place.
Import the list you receive. Round from it. Update it. Hand it off. One organized workflow.
Built by physicians for the realities of hospital call.
Wherever you round.

I’ve shared glimpses of @notafid with many of you in urology over the past weeks. Today, we officially launched our X page.
What started as an idea to fix the fragmented realities of urology call has become a physician-built platform we’re incredibly excited about.
Individual access is launching soon.
Follow @notafid — we’ll be sharing much more of what we’ve built in the coming weeks.
