Most people only fix problems after they happen.
Smart people prevent them before they become expensive.
Whether it's wheel alignment or a solar system, proper maintenance always costs less than repairs.
Happy Monday! ⚙️☀️

🚨 Jamie Carragher on Chelsea being keen on signing Maxence Lacroix from Crystal Palace.
🗣️ Blueco and Clearlake are being strategic this time, they are carefully getting what's best for them in the transfer market.
They ain't just signing players but they are working with Xabi Alonso in signing players that will fix the problem they had last season.
They already got Marco Palestra, Morgan Rogers and are now working on Maxence Lacroix, I'm pretty sure they won't stop there because Alejandro Garnacho, Trevor Chalobah and some other players are going to leave.
There's rumours also linking them to Pep Chavarria from Rayo Vallecano. Xabi Alonso once said that they are going to build a strong team and it's beginning to make sense.
Todd Boehly and Behdad Egbhali are now moving like Roman Abramovich in the transfer market,it would be stupid for anyone to sleep on what they are building right now at Chelsea.
They have a fully rested Cole Palmer,Levi Colwill,Joao Pedro with Geovany Quenda joining the team from Sporting CP, lesser competition to play next season, they are certainly the team to beat next season.
⚪Let's talk about ♦️♦️♦️♦️
♦️Urinary tract infection (UTI) is a common bacterial infection affecting any part of the urinary system—the kidneys, ureters, bladder, or urethra.
♦️ Most UTIs involve the lower urinary tract (bladder and urethra) and are highly treatable, but they can become serious if they reach the kidneys.
⚪Common Symptoms
Symptoms vary by location but often include:
♦️Bladder infection (cystitis): Burning or pain during urination, frequent urge to urinate (even with little output), cloudy or strong-smelling urine, bloody urine, pressure or cramping in the lower abdomen/groin.
♦️Kidney infection (pyelonephritis): Fever, chills, back or side pain, nausea/vomiting, plus lower abdomen symptoms
♦️Other signs can include fatigue or confusion (especially in older adults). Not everyone experiences all symptoms.
⚪Causes
♦️UTIs usually occur when bacteria (most often E. coli from the intestines) enter the urethra and multiply in the bladder.
⚪Risk factors include:
♦️Female anatomy (shorter urethra makes it easier for bacteria to reach the bladder).
♦️Sexual activity.
♦️Certain birth control methods (e.g., diaphragms, spermicides).
♦️Menopause (reduced estrogen changes vaginal and urethral tissues).
♦️Urinary tract abnormalities, catheter use, kidney stones, diabetes, or weakened immune system.
♦️Holding urine too long.
⚪Treatment
♦️Antibiotics are the primary treatment. Your doctor will choose one based on the likely bacteria and may adjust after a urine test. Symptoms often improve within 1–2 days, but finish the full course to prevent recurrence or resistance.
♦️Pain relievers can ease burning.
♦️Drink plenty of water to help flush bacteria.
♦️For recurrent UTIs, longer courses, preventive antibiotics, or other strategies may be needed. Severe kidney infections may require hospitalization.
⚪⚪⚪Important:♦️ See a healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment—do not self-medicate with leftover antibiotics. Untreated UTIs can lead to complications.
⚪Prevention Tips
♦️Drink plenty of fluids, especially water.
♦️Urinate soon after sex and wipe front-to-back.
♦️Avoid irritating products (douches, sprays, powders).
♦️Consider showers over baths; cotton underwear.
♦️Cranberry products may help some people, though evidence is mixed.
♦️For postmenopausal women, topical estrogen may reduce risk.
⚪When to Seek Medical Help
Contact a doctor promptly if you have symptoms, especially with fever, back pain, vomiting, or if you're pregnant, have diabetes, or a history of kidney issues. Recurrent infections warrant further evaluation.
Good morning family ✨✨✨✨🫂

Thank you Dr. Dandy for this clear and timely breakdown on UTIs! The reminders about wiping front-to-back, urinating after sex, and finishing antibiotics are so practical. Many of us needed this education today.
