here's my AI cybersecurity apocalypse white pill. I've been fixing bugs in leftover human code non-stop for over a year now. literally cleaning up years of human slop. at the same time, i've been building fully AI-written complex software which I regularly review with AI the same way that I'm reviewing the human code. the difference is like day and night. good models don't just find the bugs, they also produce far fewer bugs. the difference between a big project written exclusively by modern frontier models and one written by a dozen engineers is just incredible. all those little obscure mistakes that humans overlook are mostly absent. if you take care of your project, the code quality can be great and there's almost no accumulation of weird edge cases that sneak in inevitably over the course of multiple years of working on a code base with a team of humans. makes me very optimistic about the future.

Please listen to Dan Boneh (top 5 cryptographer alive today) who is known to be measured and judicious in his comments describe the probability that Bitcoin is able to transition to a post-quantum world. Lots of opinions out there - be careful who you listen to.

Chamath is an idiot. For one… Satoshi doesn’t have a wallet. Rather he holds Bitcoin in over 22,000 different addresses (essentially different “wallets” none connected to the other). Two… SHA-256 isn't what guards anyone’s coins.

Immigration policy must be driven by the present, not the past, and business leaders are too terrified of the left AND the right to acknowledge this. Recent H1B discourse revolves around a longstanding immigration sleight-of-hand. H1B proponents point to exceptional people who came here decades ago as if they represent the current state of the program in the same way that advocates for low-skill/illegal immigration point to very favorable immigrant crime/welfare/education/etc statistics that do, in truth, have them beating native-born Americans on many fronts. It is all a sham. The world that created those statistics, people, and businesses no longer exists. Brilliant but desperate Vietnamese fathers who fled communism have nothing in common with young men from Honduras, and the crime rates/economic acccomplishments/integration of the former should not be used to justify mass migration of the latter. Nor should the accomplishments of people who managed to get an H1B visa in the 90s (when the program was capped to just 65,000 visas) be used to justify staffing agencies and tech companies using the program to replace American jobs for less money. The obvious abuse going on is politically suicidal and something that even the most ardent supporters of the visa should want to crack down on, no immigration program can possibly survive the obvious and widely known reality of what is going on. I am a longtime outspoken advocate for stealing the best people from other countries to make our own better, runaway abuse of existing programs robs the government of the worker trust required to do so. Lots of people in the tech space know this. Even the dumb people are smart enough to see it. Nobody actually believes these are all incredible people with unique talents performing jobs no American can. Everyone knows the guy in Cubicle Bay 7 doing mediocre but functional web design for half the salary of his American peers is no savant and doesn't meet the statutory requirements for his H-1B visa. Unfortunately, most people with power or profile are terrified that any public statement or acknowledgement will get them attacked by the right (You guys have been screwing over American workers for years with visa abuse, you damn hypocrite!) or the left (You are racist, sexist, misogynist, and sucking up to this fascist administration!). Or, more likely, both. I know too many tech execs in particular who feel trapped, like the only winning move is to stay silent. JD is blowing the whole thing wide open by putting facts and stats front and center that nobody wants to engage with. Critics will talk about anything and everything else but these damning facts and this obvious truth, that H1B visas serve neither their original purpose, legal purpose, invented purpose, or the American people.
Vice President JD Vance breaks down the data: "If you are working as an H-1B visa in the United States of America, you’re earning $20,000 less than an American citizen hired in the same position. If you were brought in by one of these foreign outsourcing firms, you’re making $48,000 less than an American citizen in a similar position. So I’m sure that everybody here understands the game that is being played. You bring in indentured servants from outside the country, you lay off American workers and, if you’re a corporation, you make a ton of money by under cutting the wages of American workers, replacing them with people who frankly shouldn’t be in the United States of America to begin with."

Steve Hilton said he’d buy me a gallon of gas if I produced a viral ad for his campaign. California dems have voted the same way for years and all our friends are fleeing the state. It’s time to vote different. It's OK to vote different. Just try it!

Western liberals imported the third world into France and other countries in the name of diversity and compassion. They ignored fundamental questions of assimilation and compatibility. They were told it would lead to this and they didn't listen. I pray that France, a beautiful country of amazing people, will stop this madness before more of its landmarks burn. And I hope Americans are paying attention. This is the future congressional Democrats seek for your country.

I want you to see what America is really taking. This is not a random sample. This is the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey. The most comprehensive prescription dataset in the United States. Published by the federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. 256 million antidepressant prescriptions filled in a single year. 206 million for statins. 83 million for metformin. 71 million for GLP-1s. 69 million for opioid painkillers. About 1 in 12 of every prescription filled in America is an antidepressant. We are the most medicated country on Earth. And it is not close.

I'm going to say something the food industry has kept quiet for fifty years, and if this account goes dark you'll know why. The answer to nearly every question about what to eat is four beef patties with butter on top. What's a quick, healthy breakfast? Four patties and butter. What should I eat after the gym? Four patties and butter. What can I cook in ten minutes after work? Four patties and butter. What's a high-protein lunch that isn't a sad chicken salad? Four patties and butter. What can I afford this week? Four patties and butter. What will keep me full until dinner? Four patties and butter. That was dinner. What do I feed a teenager who is permanently starving? Six. And more butter. What about the bun? The bun was there to hold it while you walked. Sit down. What about vegetables? Put the butter where the vegetables were going to go. Isn't that a bit basic? It's ground steak and cream fat. People pay £30 for that under a French name. You can see why this has been suppressed. There's no cookbook in it, because it would be one page long. There's no app, no powder, no 12-week plan and no sequel. An entire industry of meal kits, protein bars and nutritionists with ring lights rests on you never finding out. I've said it now. If anyone asks, you heard it from a man who was last seen near a frying pan.

A British TV host just SNAPPED on air on the U.K. Government for ignoring clear links between mass immigration and terrorism. “Let me teach you a thing or two in case you don’t get it yet. I would imagine that whatever has gone down near that base, the people who done it, probably came into the country from somewhere else and came there specifically to do whatever it is they were planning to do” Look at the men who were caught trying to bomb RAF Fairford air base. Do they look “British” to you? It doesn’t take a genius to see that they are third worlders. Everyone is sick of being betrayed by their own leaders with suicidal immigration policies. Enough.

I am launching Neo globally to become the world's first root cause health AI. Instead of searching Google or asking a general model, people will come to Neo. We are not trained on pharmaceutical industry data. Your blood work, wearables, genetics, and imaging are all interpreted through a root cause lens. Many people are reaching out on X wanting to help. We have positions open globally across the platforms we are launching below. Email me at [email protected] if you want to partner with an affiliate link to bring on users, or get involved on the medical, sport, or media side. Neo Insurance is the big area of my expertise over the last 26 years. We will be offering our own health insurance next year. That will be the game changer. 💪🚀 NeoRoot.ai NeoSport.ai NeoDr.ai

This was the most powerful speech yet from the RNC, maybe of the entire year. RFK Jr. was masterful. Worth watching every word.
RFK Jr. from the RNC just moments ago describes how Charlie helped engineer his endorsement of President Trump in 2024: “Charlie Kirk built the bridge that President Trump and I walked across.” 🙏🙏

Most people have never heard of the Cantillon Effect. But once you understand it, you’ll see the world of investing differently. What is it? In the early 1700s, Richard Cantillon noticed a simple pattern: When new money enters an economy, it doesn’t reach everyone at once. And whoever gets it first benefits the most. Here’s how it works today: New liquidity enters through the Fed and through bank lending. Both follow a similar pattern: → Markets and large balance sheets get first access → Large corporations and well-connected borrowers tap cheap credit next, they invest and expand at today’s prices → Asset prices tend to rise as new liquidity chases finite assets → Consumer prices often follow → Wages rise last, usually after purchasing power has already declined Fed data shows how lopsided the playing field is: - The top 10% hold nearly 90% of equities. - The bottom 50% holds about 1%. It’s a simple but powerful monetary transmission. Understanding this won’t change the system. But it might change how you think about where to store your savings. For those of you who don't know, I write all about topics like this every week in The Informationist. Last week, we dove deep on this one. Link in bio if you want to read the full explanation.
