A B2B founder booked $55,450 in pipeline in 14 days.
No sales team or agency. He ran the email campaign himself, from a terminal.
The system is 5 Claude Code Skills:
β Reads your closed-won deals and scores who's ready to buy. One team: 41 deals in, 22 scored accounts out, 15 minutes
β Extracts the buying pattern from your CRM notes
β Writes cold emails under 80 words. One founder went from a 0.9% to a 7.6% reply rate
β Strips the sales voice that gets you marked as spam
β Maps warm intro paths through your own network
Each Skill is a file. Drop it into Claude Code, point it at your data, run it.

Hiring an SDR before you know who actually buys from you just means paying a salary to find out the hard way
"Nobody replies to cold email anymore" mostly comes from people whose first line is about themselves. Open with their thing, and mention yours right at the end

Team Human beat Team AI 8 to 2
I asked 10 AI founders & GTM experts the same question: CAN AN AI SDR BEAT A HUMAN SDR IN 2026?
Team Human (8):
- @fivosaresti: "I don't think so."
- @itsalexvacca: not yet, the tech is not there
- @titobohrt, who has built 90+ SDR teams: "Not right now and not ever."
- @brandon_ai : "Right now it's hype. I wouldn't do it."
- Pranam Lipinski: "Hype."
- Michael Slawson: a black box AI SDR tool gives you a sugar rush, nothing more
- Jack Porter : most AI SDR companies rebranded in the last 6 months and stopped doing outbound
Team AI (2):
- @outboundman: 1 AI SDR already beats 1 human SDR on volume, just not a whole sales team
- Eoin McGuinness: "Correct. Yeah." He even put a date on AI closing a deal start to finish: 24 months.
The most useful rule came from the hardest no. Tito Bohrt says if your product sells for under $30K/Year, don't use human SDRs at all. Use AI.
Same question, separate interviews.
Which team are you on?

Founders book a 45-minute first call. The prospect's basically decided in the first 10 whether there'll be a second one. So spend those 10 on their problem and leave the slides for later
Next time someone says "not right now", get Claude to write 3 follow-ups for 90 days out that don't start with "just checking in". Then stick the first date in your calendar before you close the tab
Automating a bad list just means more people ignore you, faster. Sort out who you're emailing first, then let the tools do the sending
Cold email, LinkedIn DMs or picking up the phone. If you could only keep one for the next 6 months, which one and why?

We aimed for 8,000 email sends a month, then found the market held 1 month of leads.
Hereβs part 2: the list, from market count to send-ready file, with every prompt, and the skill that runs it all.

"We'll start outbound once we've got proper case studies." Your first few clients signed without a single one. They bought because you showed up and asked

Bootstrapped founders have it easier with AI than big sales teams. No reps to retrain, no process anyone's defending, no tool contract with 8 months left on it
"The product sells itself" is a lovely thing to say. Right up until you go on holiday for 2 weeks and come back to an empty calendar
Every tool puts the company name in the subject line now, so it reads like a template before anyone opens it. Something boring and specific like "your Antwerp hire" gets opened because it sounds like a person wrote it
"Our close rate is terrible" is usually a list problem showing up late. You're on calls with people who were never going to buy, and blaming the call
Give Claude your last 20 closed-won deals and ask what was going on at each company right before they bought. Not industry or size, what was actually happening. Then check how much of your current list looks anything like that

A marketing agency asked me to restart their cold email in one of the most spammed markets around.
Part 1: the setup, from βyesβ to the first send, with every prompt.

The first client I let go always paid on time. Never late once. Took me 4 months to admit the work drained more out of me than it paid. Anyone else hang on to a client way longer than they should have?
Hire your first sales rep when you can't take any more calls yourself. Not when you're sick of writing the emails. Claude writes the emails now
