Andy Burnham wants to reopen the debate on EU free movement. Meanwhile, Britain has 981,000 young people not in employment, education or training. Nearly ONE MILLION young people. Shouldn't we be focusing on getting them into work, improving skills and creating opportunities before looking abroad for more workers? Our young people deserve a chance.

I asked Labour MP Dawn Butler why she's demanding my constituents pay more tax to fund "reparations". She wouldn't answer, but called me a "racist" in the Commons. It's not right to make people pay "reparations" when they've done nothing wrong. Name-calling doesn't change that.

It speaks volumes that Labour strategists in No.10 Downing Street are looking at this and concluding: "what the British people want is free movement and MORE immigration". They literally don't care what you think.

Labour’s vision for Britain: 1. The State will seize your home if you leave it for 6 months. 2. The State will take money from your bank account without a court order 3. The State will arrest you and lock you up if you say the wrong thing on social media To be continued..

The UK has around 11 million citizens aged 18-30, with roughly 15% unemployed (1.6 million citizens). The EU has around 70 million citizens aged 18-30, with roughly 15% unemployed (10.5 million citizens). The UK has higher wages and working conditions than most of the EU. So our Government's solution to high youth unemployment, is to add another 10 million competitors into the job market for them.

Instead of cutting the welfare bill Labour is now: - Entering people's bank accounts with no court order to remove tiny amounts of cash. - Sending HMRC inspectors into homes to value them for the new 'mansion' tax. - Taxing people for watching YouTube. What is the point

So thats it confirmed then. Not only does the EU expect us align fully with laws we have no control over, and in doing so increase the costs of goods on sale in the UK and costs to businesses, but they also want us to pay billions for the privilege. NO. dailymail.com/news/article-1…

I mean, if this is the case, Newcastle might as well pump a billion in and in 2041-2042 be in the Championship for one season. Hardly a deterrent.
🚨 BREAKING: Manchester City are expected to face a HUGE points deduction that would guarantee relegation to the Championship, following guilty verdicts on the vast majority of their 115 financial charges. A further points deduction next season could keep City in the Championship for at least TWO seasons. Relegation to League Two is considered unlikely. [Daily Mail]

#UK #welfare up over 25% in 3 years.. totally unsustainable but under this #Labour government it is also sacred and untouchable. The next UK General Election will decide if the UK ends up drowning in debt and possibly a default/bailout.
UK welfare spending rose from £245bn in 2021-22 to about £314bn in 2024-25, an increase of roughly £69bn.

The biggest single factor that has held this country back isn’t Brexit. It’s the constant arguing about Brexit. It has kneecapped us for a decade. Losers consent matters. If the country just pulled together we really could thrive but so many simply won’t. They see the EU through rose tinted glasses and never consider the flip side. Rather than working together we all push against each other resulting in our politicians looking back to the past as opposed to forging our future. We simply do not have to be in the EU to grow the economy - we really don’t. The biggest lie of all is that the EU wants the UK to thrive. They don’t. They want us back to pay their bills, clip our wings, keep us under their regulatory thumb and to get cheap food on their tables.

As Burnham promises more transparency on Man City… Jonathan Reynolds and his team have refused multiple requests over the last week to say who else attended his Sept. 14 meeting with the club’s chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak and what was discussed. Point blank refusal to answer.
