🚨2025 RECRUIT TIP🚨
25's, you are not automatically the sacrificial lamb. Be better than what they got and take a D1 spot. The easy route is for people to blame the rules.

Really cool to see a lot of different elements in play here during his ‘Velocity Training’.
The ability to weave these things together coherently in a case-by-case basis is what allows athletes to progress faster and faster in terms of developing skills that actually transfer.

This PWS drill “Three step reverse throws” does a great job for players that rush the upper body and don’t get the “Whip” or the “stretch feeling”. As always this drill must be performed with a “Full Stick” and the bigger and faster the steps the better the results.

“The goal is the make it feel like the best throw you’ve ever made…the drill is a drill it’s supposed to give you a feeling that you can transfer to the game”
