Theologians generally agree there are THREE key aspects to a "saving faith." The Bible tells us even demons have two out of the three.
Here's a warning: two-thirds faith can still send you to hell.
He has a point. Doing work in Nigeria with some dear friends, I can assure you it’s serious. Pray for peace.

Sound wisdom here.
I have shared something similar before, but in light of recent comments and messages about who, or what, I read, I'm sharing this again.
As I have gotten older, I have learned how to "eat the meat and spit out the bones." At least in part, here are 4 aspects of what I mean:
Selective Engagement
Disagreeing with someone doesn't mean you have to dismiss everything they say. Wisdom can show up in unexpected places. This approach helps you draw out valuable insights even from voices you may not fully align with, without needing to swallow the whole thing.
Humility
No author, teacher, or thinker has it all figured out, including you or me. "Eating the meat" is about recognizing value where you find it. "Spitting out the bones" means you can set aside what doesn’t fit, whether you believe it is off base or just not helpful for you.
Critical Thinking
This mindset encourages discernment. Just as you don’t eat the bones of a meal, you shouldn’t accept every idea in total. Engaging thoughtfully, even with opposing views, sharpens your thinking and helps you become a better listener and a better learner.
Avoiding Extremes
It’s easy to cancel someone over a disagreement. But living a dualistic mindset limits our growth. This is about embracing the sometimes gray areas and being willing to learn without having to fully agree. It’s both/and thinking, not either/or.
Bottom line: You don't have to agree with everything to benefit from something.

Georgia player hits a home run in his final college at-bat. As he rounds the bases, his brother, who plays for the other team, gives him a high five. Their parents were in the stands watching the whole thing.

So much of the Christian life can be boiled down to two simple truths.
1. You are no longer your own. You belong to Christ.
2. You are no longer 𝘰𝘯 your own. He gave you the church.
So good.
