This is one of the greatest videos I've ever seen because the bald guy is absolutely representative of most people in America - completely unaware of the law and of how rights work and completely ruled by their emotions. He's such a dunce it's almost like a skit. It's hilarious. "You got to cut that camera off. Now!" - No. Where do you think you get the authority to come out to the street and order people around? "You're on private property." - No. A sidewalk isn't private property in a place like this in the sense that it's privately owned and cannot be used by the public. "This plant owns all the way to where those trucks are parked." - No, you don't own the street. "I'm not touching you, I'm putting my hand right in front of the camera." - You cannot follow someone around with your hand mere inches from their face because you don't want them recording. That's a violation of the law. "We don't need 'em (trespassing signs)." - True, but it's going to be awfully difficult to prove trespassing based on your assumption of the property line. Other guy: "You cannot record here because this is private property." – Again, no. People can record anything they can see from any place where they are lawfully present. Anything. "We don't have to show you (where the signs are)." - Yes, you do. You can't literally walk out onto the street and tell someone they're trespassing without some corroborating evidence. Your word isn't the law. "No it's not (the first amendment)." - Yes, it is. Gathering information about things that happen around you for dissemination to the public is absolutely news gathering, the very definition of freedom of the press. "The you gotta leave." - No, someone doesn't have to leave public property because they're not answering your questions. "I know what the GIS Survey, I'm not stupid." - No, you likely have never heard of a GIS and anyway you are literally standing outside the property line as you said this. "Have I touched you." - Doesn't matter. In SC assault and battery is a single charge and it's criminal (3rd degree) if the person was reasonably in fear of an imminent threat. It's a misdemeanor but your dumb ass could get 30 days for it. Other guy: "This is our property because we rent this property." - That's probably true, but you don't own the public right of way, especially if you're renting. And the reason for all this ... "If you shut your mouth a minute and let me explain South Carolina law to you: In South Carolina the property line actually does go out to the middle of the street." - What a thing to get wrong. People get a grain of information and just run with it. In South Carolina you can actually be deeded what's called a "centerline presumption", meaning you can actually own up to the middle of the roadway. This however requires that you own land on either side of the street, which this plant does not. And anyway, your ownership of the dirt under the roadway is completely burdened by a public right of way easement - and there's nothing you can do about it.

Suzanne Vella opened an unlocked civilian truck to give water to a panting dog on a 90° day in Cornelius, NC, then called 911. The responding officer scolded her and asked the owner about charges (declined). No charges filed against her or the owner. The officer later received an unpaid suspension and was removed as a K9 handler. The original caption mislabels it as a police K9.

Anytime police see a dog in a hot car, they are the first to break all the windows out and arrest the owner.

It's been well over a decade since this incident. Why are we still seeing the same mistakes made regarding when a citizen is required to produce ID? Feb 2012 outside Broxton Bridge Plantation (Ehrhardt, Colleton County, South Carolina): Animal rights activists activists filmed a live pigeon shoot from public areas near Hwy 601. Colleton Co. Sheriff’s Lt. W.G. Polk told them filming was fine if they didn’t block traffic—then demanded IDs, claiming a “state statute” required them to produce it. SC has no stop-and-ID law. He couldn’t cite the statute. Attorney Mark D. Ball (lawyer for the plantation) was on scene and was recorded interacting with deputies as Polk took notes. After the conversation activists were then hit with parking citations for parking along the right of way. One of their drones was later shot down from the plantation side across a public road; deputies took a report but no charges followed. They called it intimidation to stop documentation of the mass pigeon killing saying the sheriff deputies acted as muscle for the plantation owners and their attorney. ❓Has things changed with police ID demands since this recording was made in 2012 or could this same exact thing still happen today? ❓What was Lt. Polk hoping to learn by getting the men's names and dates of birth?

We're told that if we publish this Democrat's mugshot - she'll sue us to take it down. Our response? BRING IT ON. Grace Carol Brown 22 of New Braunfels faces a Texas t*rrorism charge after a January fire at the Comal County Republican Party headquarters. ⠀ On Jan 14 employees found a broken exterior window and a small fire that caused only minor damage with no injuries at the Landa Street building which also houses other businesses. ⠀ A Comal County grand jury indicted her in April on the first degree t*rrorism count along with earlier state arson and burglary charges. ⠀ Federal prosecutors later added an indictment for actual and attempted malicious damage by fire alleging she broke a window threw in a backpack containing ethanol gasoline a lighter and matches then lit a rolled magazine and tossed it inside after failing to climb through. ⠀ She allegedly left a note calling the local GOP the Nazi Party of New Braunfels and attacking ICE and certain executive branch officials she labeled enemies of the Constitution. ⠀ Brown was arrested without incident on Jan 22 after search warrants and if convicted faces five to 20 years on the federal charge. ⠀ Political disagreement belongs at the ballot box and anyone who tries to settle it with fire deserves serious consequences if the allegations are proven. ⠀ #PoliticalViolence #TexasCourts

CNN’s Dana Bash: “I also don't want to use this interview to allow you to say things that aren't entirely true. It is also factually true that the COVID vaccine worked. The COVID vaccine prevented deaths. There is data, upon data, upon data.” HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “You think the COVID vaccine protected children?” Dana Bash: “I have talked to scientists and doctors…” Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “Can you show me one study that shows that children were protected by the COVID vaccine?” “That that vaccine did more good than harm to children? Can you show me one study that shows that?” Dana Bash: “There have been studies that show that, because of vaccine disinformation, there could have been 100K to 200K in the U.S. saved But because people didn't get the vaccine, that's why. Robert F. Kennedy: “You are saying nonsense. You are saying something that you cannot show me a single study.” Dana Bash: “Excuse me! Excuse me!” Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “Cite me the study that you’re talking about. You said you’ve seen studies. Cite me the study.” Dana Bash: *Can’t cite the study* Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “You're talking nonsense. You're making assertions you can't support, and then when I call you on them, you're telling me I'm arguing with you.” You can’t make this stuff up. Source: trust me, I read the studies.
