COACHES: Coaching today's generation of kids is about relationships and connecting with them. Players will still "run through walls" for you if they know, like, or trust you. It's not enough that you care about them. They have to know that you care about them.

Coaching is all about love.
Loving your players enough to push them to be their best.
What happens when you are not coached?
Mediocrity.
Players -> Accept Coaching. It is what allows you to be the best you are capable of becoming.

Your body language speaks before you do.
1. Stay engaged (eye contact, nodding)
2. Encourage others (high fives, + words)
3. Stand tall (confidence is contagious)
4. Hustle everywhere
Coaches notice.
Make sure they like what they see.
