I've grown my home service business to $1M+. The biggest failure point is having a bad team. Here's the EXACT job post templates I use on Indeed, Craigslist and Facebook. Open for the next 24 hours only. Like, Repost and Comment "job post" I'll DM you the link to bookmark

I've used Zapier for ~7 years. It makes my business run on autopilot. I put together a list of my top 10 automations + a one-click button to copy the zap for yourself. Want it for FREE? Just: - RT+Like this post - Comment "Zaps" And I’ll DM it to you (must be following)

The results of this are interesting 42 people voted either “yes” or “no” 23 people DON’T use GPS 19 people DO use GPS I’m surprised that “No” got more votes It’s a nice feature, super nice for triggering automations Drawback is that in general, cleaners don’t like it I asked the question because recently we started tracking our cleaners and have gotten pushback, it’s clear that our staff hates it But it’s so nice to get notifications saying that a cleaner arrived at a job, and making it auto clock people out when they leave From an admin perspective I love it, but I’m strongly considering disabling it because my people don’t like it I’m honestly not sure how to handle it
If you own a house cleaning company and use BookingKoala (or a comparable CRM), do you use the GPS functionality to track your cleaners?

Ok first iteration done, when adding cleaners/teams to an appointment, you will see the driving distance and time from the cleaner registered address to the customer's address. TODO: Take previous cleaning appointment address and end time into account as well.

People in Texas who use meal delivery are 3X as likely to hire house cleaners The correlation between consumers who use one “luxury” service and another is incredibly strong If you own a cleaning company, your target market golfs regularly and uses Hello Fresh

I started mines! Just have to finish the website and booking form. Then get to hiring and finding customers. That talk we had gave me a good direction for this. Thank you

Can confirm this strategy makes cleaners happy, I used to work with the leading European marketplace for home cleaning and then created a similar platform myself and good cleaners are always difficult to find.
