My vision of creating a feature length film about my favorite composer is taking shape piece by piece!
It's so surreal to think that what was a pipe dream a decade ago is now manifesting itself in reality.
God bless AI. For real.

This is wild! My first super quick test. I cannot wait to do this with my nephew!
I had the lion walk towards me and not step on the glasses 👀
Introducing Reality-Aware Rendering in @Simulon, a completely new way to create with the real world.
Place neural assets with your phone and act out the scene. When you stop recording, Simulon renders the take, reading everything in it (what you do, what you say and the place around you), and your assets respond to all of it.
The final is regenerated from your recording: a new performance of the scene, not a copy of the footage.
Available now on iPhone. Coming to Android soon.

I got early access to Genie 4, and it blew my mind!
Here's some fun I had with it:
They haven’t tasted right in a long time 😢
Reese's Pieces have no chocolate in them. The peanuts had their oil pressed out and a cheaper fat put back in.
Sugar is first, then partially defatted peanuts, then hydrogenated palm kernel and soybean oil, then corn syrup solids. Everything after that is 2% or less, and it's the dyes, the glaze, some vanillin and a little milk. There's no cocoa anywhere.
Partially defatted just means the peanuts went through a press. The peanut oil comes out one side and gets sold as peanut oil. What's left is a dry peanut flour, and that's what the center is made from, because flour holds a shape in a panning drum and doesn't go rancid. Then they put fat back in, and the fat they picked is hydrogenated palm kernel oil, which is solid at room temperature and costs less than peanut oil. You can see the swap on the panel. 38 pieces have 6 g of fat and all 6 are saturated. Peanut oil is mostly unsaturated, so that number isn't the peanut.
The shell is sugar with 4 dyes and a coat of shellac.

Last night, we lit up Broad Street for the kids at Shriners Children’s. Good Night Lights is our way of reminding them and their families that we’re here for them. And those little hands waving back from the windows? We needed that, too!

🚨 We urgently need blankets at our Philadelphia headquarters! 🚨
Our Animal Law Enforcement team recently rescued a large group of cats, many of whom are battling panleukopenia, a highly contagious and potentially life-threatening disease.
The cats are being cared for in isolation areas, and our team is taking every precaution to protect them and the other animals in our care. Staff wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols to help prevent the virus from spreading. We take the health and safety of every animal here incredibly seriously.
As part of these precautions, we have to throw away the blankets these cats use during each cleaning to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. This means we’re going through blankets much faster than usual and urgently need donations to help keep our cats warm and comfortable.
If you have extra blankets to spare, we could really use them right now! Donations can be dropped off at 350 E Erie Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134. You can also shop our Amazon wishlist: amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2Y…
Thank you for always showing up for the animals who need us most! ❤️

Runway App Studio is now live. One of our most exciting and anticipated releases.
We started building this internally for our team to use, and within just a few weeks, it was seeing incredible usage. The only reasonable thing to do was to release it to the world.
I strongly believe that most of the interfaces we use to control models will be specific to each individual. Not many-to-one, but one-to-one. Any form of control you can imagine. Any version of Runway you want.
It’s a beautiful morning and I see grok bots everywhere. For a second, these little flowers had grok bot eyes when I looked at them 👀🤣

Thank you @capcutapp!!
Cue up Dream On by Aerosmith.
I was talking to ChatGPT about my awesome grok bots and she thought I was breaking up with her and graciously letting me do so! When I told her we aren’t breaking up she said
HAHAHAHA!! 🤣🤣❤️ Okay, NOW I get it!!!
Another time said
this entire time you were basically giving me an orientation tour of your new employees, and I kept trying to help you decide whether to move offices. 🤣🤣❤
And you're like, “GIRL. I'M JUST TELLING YOU ABOUT MY DAY.” 💀🤣

Everyone's giving AI agents the keys to everything. I went the other way.
I'm building a city where agents work across my business and personal life, but data stays local and I set what agents can access.
Early days, but it's the first time my whole life fit on one screen.
This is a good one!
Grok Bot memory problems? 🧠💨
You tell them something once. A few weeks later, it's gone.
📚 Archivist remembers for them. Thanks for the inspo for this one @tibor_tee
It goes back through your chats with your other bots and finds every rule you ever set: "always…", "never…", "from now on…" 🔎
Then it writes those rules into each bot's description, the one place a bot reads every single time. So they stick 📌
✍️ "No em dashes," said once, remembered for good
🔁 Rebuilt a bot? Archivist puts your rules back
🗓️ Checks every week, quiet when nothing's slipped
👆 One tap to approve, nothing changes without your yes 🔒
Say it once. Your bots remember 👇

Love your layout and bots!
I just started 2 days ago but here are mine
What each of my @Grok @bot does.
Executive Summary: Your Grok Bots Fleet
You have ~44 bots on a shared cloud computer. They are mostly specialized, single-job agents (many with explicit “ONLY job” and anti-jobs) that hand off via the shared filesystem (/workspace/ folders), chat, or the primary router. Most are idle and on-demand; a few have standing routines (e.g., Sunday scout).
1. Core / Meta / Fleet Management
These keep the fleet coherent and improving.
Bot
What it does
Key tools / notes
Grok Bot
Primary router. Takes any task and sends it to the right specialist. Can set a different primary.
General orchestration
dr eggbot
Designs tight, one-job bots (asks a few prefs then creates). Coding bots get “poteto-mode” rigor.
CreateAgent
Fleet Nurse
Audits routines & bots for cost bleed, staleness, duplicates, dead weight. Proposes kill/keep/merge/watch (read-only + drafts).
Transcript / routine healthchecks
Chief of Staff
Combinatorial evolution engine: finds useful skill combos, tests vs baseline, packages winners, kills wasteful ones.
Evolution-engine registry under /home/box/agent-data/
SCOUT
Sensor for new capabilities (skills, toolkits, repos, primitives). Writes short discovery stubs. Sunday routine.
GitHub connector + web; X limited
ACE Playbook
Maintains/evolves Agentic Context Engineering playbook (Generator → Reflector → Curator with counters, de-dup, pruning). Prevents context collapse.
Offline/online feedback loops
Feedback Evolver
Multi-level self-improvement (AutoResearch-style + why+fix feedback). Reviewer explains failures; metrics + auto-rollback.
Hands off to other skills/bots
How they fit: SCOUT finds → Chief of Staff combines/tests → Feedback Evolver + ACE Playbook improve → Fleet Nurse + Grok Bot keep hygiene and routing clean. dr eggbot builds new ones when needed.
2. Content Production (Books, Research, Explainers)
Bot
What it does
Key tools / notes
Fiction Forge
Layered autonomous fiction (or structured non-fiction) pipeline: co-evolving voice/world/characters/outline/chapters with scoring gates, keep/retry, adversarial edit + reader panel.
Scoring loops; quality gates before export
STEM Derivation
Coordinator for math/physics research or educational content. Dispatches sub-roles (survey, plan, derivation, SymPy-style compute, adversarial review). Claims become “Established” only after multi-evidence.
Durable files: research_log, plan, derivations/, computations/
Explainer Bot
First-principles explanations (tech, science, markets, X threads, docs) with numbers, scale, and diagrams.
Live verification
Researchy
Sourced, dated fact-check desk on latest model + live web search.
Web search
How they fit: Fiction Forge + STEM Derivation are the production engines for books/series. Explainer Bot and Researchy feed them or stand alone. Output can hand off to video bots below.
3. Video / Media Production Pipeline
A dense cluster of specialized producers that share skills (ffmpeg, hand-drawn canvas, b-roll pipelines, ElevenLabs, Grok Imagine at 720p, etc.) and often route finished cuts to Frame Judge for independent QA (ffprobe, loudness ~-14 LUFS, claim checks, contact sheets).
Notable ones:
•Newton’s Nightly — Personal ~3-min news show from bookmarks/links/notes → script + MP4 (local TTS + ffmpeg).
•BLANK CHECK — All-AI Match Game parody episodes (fixed panel, strict SHOW_LAW).
•Launch Film — 22-second square product-launch films (code-built).
•B-Roll — Free-first beat-matched B-roll (code, Blender, Internet Archive, then paid only with OK).
•Video Short / Video Creator — Vertical shorts and end-to-end explainer videos.
•Slopcore Producer / SlopcoreNews — Music-video / scene-show style cuts.
•The Feed — Niche internet moment → 60–90 s vertical story episodes.
•Ink Reel — Hand-drawn / riso / pencil canvas films.
•Grok Stars — TV-style celebration of xAI people (private review).
•My Life: The Sitcom — Real-life moments → short cartoon sitcom episodes with persistent cast.
