Yo by 30 I’m noticing males are growing grey hairs now. Not normal. What’s in the water or the foods? Lack of vitamins?
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Gray hairs commonly start appearing in men by their mid-30s as a normal genetic part of aging, not unusual or mainly from water/food/vitamins.

At just 7 YEARS OLD, K2 was flying an airplane and confidently communicating with AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL!
I’ve always believed that one of the greatest gifts we can give our children is EXPOSURE. They can’t dream about opportunities they don’t even know exist!
A special thank you to his flight instructor, Marlos Davis, for the incredible teaching, patience, and guidance he’s been giving K2!
Expose your children to the world. You never know what they’ll discover they’re capable of!
Most don't realize how much more younger generations are staying married and being active in their children's lives.
The factoid that '50% of marriages end in divorce' was kinda true decades ago.
But the divorce rate peaked in 1980.
Now, less than 40% of all marriages since 2000 end in divorce.
For college graduates, it's under 30%.
For college graduates who get married after age 25, and who don't have any kids before marriage, it's under 20%.
Anybody promoting the outdated, deceptive 50% rate has some kind of anti-marriage or anti-natalist agenda.
It scares young people away from getting married and having kids. That is their goal.

Most of us fail in the most important moments in life.
Inexperience, shock, denial, desperation, empathy - you name it, there are countless reasons why we do not and can not meet a
moment.
The pain of the failure never decreases when the wisdom arrives to see it clearly.
JL Collins was 24 when his dad sat on the edge of his hospital bed and told him, "I'm going to die tonight." How he answered is the biggest regret of his life.

Sometimes you just know there’s a different way that you’re meant to be experiencing life but you may not be completely clear on what that new way is.
Can you stay present in the “I don’t know yet’ without needing to fix or change anything about it. Without making it a problem.

Kanye West said it best:
"If every time someone asks you a question you try to say the right answer, your entire life is a test. I am not trying to say the right answer. I'm just doing what I feel."
Nobody should ever get to grade your life but you.
You should try to quit just to see if you can.
If you can, maybe you are a quitter.
But if you can’t…

Christina Applegate reveals she was misdiagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
“This may come as great news, but to me, I’m back at square one. It’s hard to say that [my doctor] came into my room and she said, ‘Congratulations, you don’t have MS'... You don’t get misdiagnosed and then all of the sudden I’m better. I haven’t gotten better … If anything, I’ve gotten worse in some ways. So I’m back at square one, that I don’t know what’s going on with me... there’s a pretty damn high number of misdiagnoses with MS. It’s clear now that they’re finding something different. Something else is going on... It’s this weird feeling because I became this poster child for MS. I had a reason. I had a f*cking reason as to why my day sucked every day. And now I don’t have a reason and it’s very unnerving and it’s really confusing for me.”

if I could coordinate a large scale study, I’d ask two questions:
1. “are you in love with your life?”
and
2. “are you doing a lot of what energizes you?”
I suspect a strong yes-yes correlation, and also a no-no

said, once, he felt like "he stumbled through a glitch in the Matrix" to find his life
but honestly?
What he did was exactly this. Repeatedly.
