Amen, and there's more work to do.
Personally, we need purity.
Commercially, we need to vote with our wallets.
Politically, we need to stand and speak up.
Emotionally, mentally, we need to read good books and embrace good philosophy.
Spiritually, above all, we need Jesus.
“The only thing that has truly served as an anchor of the United States of America is that we have been—and by the grace of God, we always will be—a Christian nation.”

I completely agree!
Second place goes to Pacific Rim: Uprising. I know it went in a more outlandish direction, but it did execute on some cool concepts like Jaeger vs Jaeger and Kaiju/Yeager hybrids.
Third place goes to Tron Ares. Tron Legacy is one of my favorite movies, and I sure wish we could get more movies in that world.

Hey modern education,
Young minds enjoy great literature.
My outdoorsman, hardworking, rough and tumble teenage son (15) walked through the living today and said,
"Mom, Pride and Prejudice is really good!"
The villain/anti-hero glorification is tiring. There is no redemption or worthy ending if you stay true to the character. Since they typically don't stay accurate to the character, we are expected to watch and cheer for characters with mixed morals like they are a hero. Also, Poison ivy is a 2nd rate Batman villain.
If they wanted to dig deep, why not do Booster Gold, Red Tornado, Martian Manhunter, Hawkman, Justice League Dark, The Phantom Stranger/Specture anthology (treat them like the watcher in What If?). A Green Arrow movie could be fun, even if you mix the tone.
I was interested in Mister Miracle, but now that they made Green Lantern woke and without justice, I don't have a lot of hope for it or for any of these ideas.
‘Poison Ivy’ series is in the works at HBO
• 'The Penguin' showrunner Lauren LeFranc is in talks to produce the series
• It will not be set in Matt Reeves' Batman universe

These pages take a long time because I'm doing them the hard, slow way, watercolor & ink.
For heaven's sake if this project interests you —follow me. I'm doing the math and I need the first story to do extremely well if I'm going to make the money work.
I want passion to win.
The first 4 pages sans text for PetraCor, my Anglo-Saxon graphic novel.
Each chapter is a self-contained episode. A early-medieval Twilight Zone structure with stories inspired by Dante, English and Celtic fable, and the real history of 8th century England.
I can't wait to start drawing creatures. The truly strange stuff. That's certainly a highlight.
But the heart of the story is two men --one a Saxon thegn whose life of bloody conflict has left him searching for meaning, and the other a young Lombardian exile whose aristocratic family was unseated by Charlemagne's conquests in Italy. With all lost, he lives in the present.
Thrown together, they wander the length of Albion on a path to the Holy Isle of Lindisfarne, navigating the layers of cultures that centuries of conquest had brought to the isle.
Saints, monsters, druids, wicked gods and men, nature and the ruins it has reclaimed pepper the road between Wintanceastre and Lindisfarne in Anno Domini 793.

I don’t think there was enough Concentration in the falcons Camp over this decision.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.
Is this worth the buy? What do you all think?

Unlike Barbie, The Magician's Nephew is a beloved story that shapes the reader's soul. We care deeply about this adaptation.

They need to cancel this project. Lord of the Rings have been disrespected enough.
We don’t need Stephen Colbert writing LOTR fan fiction with his son & passing it off as faithful to Tolkien’s work & legacy.
There are far better stories to tell.
Peter Jackson says 'The Lord of the Rings: Shadow of the Past' is in the scriptwriting stage ⚔️

Cool article behind the 4K film restoration process.
