His friends sit with him seven days in silence, which is the best thing anybody does in the book. Then they open their mouths. Their theology is airtight and wrong. God is just, the righteous prosper and the wicked suffer, Job is suffering badly, so Job sinned badly. By the third round Eliphaz is inventing sins to fill the hole, accusing Job of stripping the poor and withholding water from the thirsty. Job answers with what he can see: the wicked often die rich and comfortable.
Romans 16:7 says more about Andronicus and Junia than the apostles phrase. Paul calls them his kinsmen and his fellow prisoners, and says they were in Christ before him. 2 believers who had been prisoners like Paul and came to Christ ahead of him.
Zipporah is a Midianite. She isn't Israelite. And in this moment she is the one who sees the crisis and acts without asking anybody, doing the covenant work Moses had left undone.
Abram is counted righteous in Genesis 15 and not circumcised until 99 in Genesis 17. Romans 4:10 is built on that order.
Nicodemus shows up at the burial in John 19:39 carrying a mixture of myrrh and aloes weighing about 100 litras. John tags him as the man who first came to Jesus by night.
I have no problem with how anyone takes communion. My view is probably a little different than most. I dont look at communion as drinking a shot of wine and eating a bit of bread. I look at it as more of a full meal you spend remembering Christ.
1 Corinthians 11:20 to 22 has the Corinthians eating a real supper, one hungry and another drunk. 11:25 puts the cup after supper. What Paul corrects is how they treated each other at the table, wait for one another in 11:33.
I have some questions for those who took issue with this post on communion:
Does the percentage of alcohol matter?
What type of grapes should be used?
What kind of bread is required — leavened or unleavened?
What material should the cup be made from?
One single cup or multiple?
Finally: Can you provide me with Scriptural proof for these answers?
Psalm 83:18 names Yahweh as the Most High over all the earth, and the Dead Sea Scrolls reading of Deuteronomy 32:8 leaves that standing.
The Qumran fragment 4QDeut j has sons of God where the LSB has sons of Israel, so the nations were handed to divine beings, and 32:39 in the same song has Yahweh saying there is no god besides Him. Heiser took the Qumran reading and still read Yahweh as the Most High. You can grant the scroll and keep one God at the top.
Leviathan is no whale. Isaiah 27:1 calls him the fleeing serpent, the twisted serpent, the same titles the Ugaritic texts give Lotan, and Revelation 12:9 names the serpent of old the devil and Satan.
Then the ending turns everything over. In 42:7 God tells Eliphaz his anger burns against him and his two friends, because they have not spoken of him what is right, as Job has. The men who defended God are rebuked. The man who accused God of injustice is vindicated. And Job is told to pray for them.
John 4 ends with Jesus staying 2 days as a guest of Samaritans, a people John says Jews have no dealings with.
For a pastor, 1 Timothy 3:2 says an overseer must be the husband of one wife. For the men in the Old Testament the Bible reports it, and 1 Kings 11:3 says Solomons wives turned his heart away.

Is there actually a verse in the Bible that says a Christian man cannot have more than one wife?
When you read the Bible, you will find several men who had multiple wives. Some of them were even blessed by God despite having more than one wife.
For example:
• Abraham had Sarah and Hagar (Genesis 16:1–3).
• Jacob had Leah and Rachel, as well as their servants, Bilhah and Zilpah (Genesis 29:21–30; 30:1–13).
• David had multiple wives (2 Samuel 5:13).
• Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines (1 Kings 11:3).
So, why is polygamy such a controversial topic among Christians today?
But then again, what do you think?
Do you believe a Christian man can have more than one wife, or is polygamy against God’s will? Would your opinion change if the man in question were a pastor?
Psalms of Solomon 17 asks the Lord to raise up the Son of David to shatter all their substance with an iron rod, as N. T. Wright quotes it. That is Psalm 2:9 in the air. The Hebrew has the rod break the nations, and the Septuagint has it shepherd them, so one line gave Israel 2 pictures of the king.

The Enoch in Jude 14 is a different man from Cains son, the seventh from Adam.

Cain had sexual relations with his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch. Then Cain founded a city, which he named Enoch, after his son. Enoch had a son named Irad. Irad became the father off Mehujael. Mehujael became the father of Methushael. Methushael became the father of Lamech.
Lamech married two women. The first was named Adah, and the second was Zillah. Adah gave birth to Jabal, who was the first of those who raise livestock and live in tents. His brother’s name was Jubal, the first of all who play the harp and flute. Lamech’s other wife, Zillah, gave birth to a son named Tubal-cain. He became an expert in forging tools of bronze and iron. Tubal-cain had a sister named Naamah.
Genesis 4:17-22
Irenaeus around 180 says the apostles handed the Gospel down in the Scriptures to be the ground and pillar of our faith. He says it in Against Heresies 3.1.1, so the fathers send you back to the apostles.
From my interactions with a Catholic,I think I now have a full understanding of the Catholic faith: it functions as a 'tradition' first belief system rather than a strictly biblical one.
To them, the backbone is the tradition of the church fathers rather than the biblical apostles.
Their authority relies heavily on papal history and theological tradition over scripture, with Mary positioned at the center of salvation. Everything else seems secondary.
Anti-Christ religion.
The heavenly beings reading of Genesis 6 is the oldest one we have, and Jude 6 backs it. Those angels did not keep their own domain and are kept in bonds until the judgment.

Gehenna was not only a garbage dump in the way Jesus used it. Mark 9:48 quotes the last verse of Isaiah, and Isaiah 66:24 is about the corpses of the men who transgressed against God.
The Elect One, Sheol giving back the dead and the Azazel chains all sit in the Parables of 1 Enoch. That is the one section with no securely identified copy at Qumran, so its date is argued.
Book of Enoch, Part 10. Enoch sees the earth and Sheol give back their dead, mountains of metal melt like wax before the Chosen One, and angels prepare iron chains for the hosts of Azazel. Follow for Part 11. #bookofenoch #apocrypha #christian #religion #lostbooks
The prostitute label on Mary Magdalene dates to a 591 sermon by Pope Gregory I, and Luke 8:2 says only that 7 demons went out of her.
Mary Magdalene is one of the most misunderstood figures in Christianity. beliefnet.com/faiths/how-did…
The prison overlap is real but the crimes differ. Titans lose a war to Zeus, where the Watchers in Enoch break a rule God set, and 1 Enoch 15:7 has God telling them He appointed no wives for them. Peter puts only the angels who sinned in Tartarus (2 Peter 2:4) and the Nephilim never go there.

IS THIS A LIVING HELL?
TARTARY - the buried world.
TARTARUS - the abyss beneath.
The prison of the REBELLIOUS heavenly beings.
Hesiod's Theogony TITANS, overthrown by Zeus and imprisoned in Tartarus.
The Book Of Enoch: WATCHERS - rebellious heavenly beings who descended to Earth, took human wives and fathered GIANTS.
The Bible: Genesis 6 - the NEPHILIM.
2 Peter 2:4 - REBELLIOUS ANGELS cast into Tartarus.
Jude 1:6 - ANGELS bound in darkness, awaiting judgment
HIM-A-LAYIN - salt of the earth.
The Himalayan mountains that also yield SHILAJIT - a black goo - valued in traditional medicine.
HELL a prison of our own making...
The collective egregore FED by fear, disobedience and hatred?
What if what lies BURIED beneath our feet, is also BURIED within the collective consciousness itself...

Exodus 1 names the 2 midwives Shiphrah and Puah and never names the Pharaoh they defied. The 2 women who feared God and let the boys live get their names written down in 1:15-17. The god king of Egypt gets a title and his last order in the chapter is every Hebrew son thrown into the Nile in 1:22. 6 chapters later the first plague turns that same river to blood in 7:20.
