Might start the Brighton Stand! Good ownership, vision, recruitment and style of play. And would sack a manager who didn't fit in with the above and had one win in 9

This is what happens when you don’t back your manager INEOS, you set up Carrick to fail

The solution to Manchester United is simple. If the management truly wants a rebuild, it should openly back Carrick. Then you will see all these overfed babies called players adjust or leave. After Arsène Wenger left Arsenal, the coaches who came afterwards failed to deliver the desired results until the management decided to rebuild and openly back Arteta. Özil, Lacazette, Aubameyang, Leno, Xhaka, and many other big stars either left or were moved on as the club rebuilt. The instruction was clear. If you are not playing at the level the coach expects, you are out. When Arsenal appointed Mikel Arteta in December 2019, the club finished 8th, 8th, and 5th in his first three Premier League seasons before qualifying for the Champions League. Some fans wanted Arteta out, while others believed in him and said, "We trust the process." You don't achieve quick success during a rebuilding phase. It's obvious that some players want Carrick out, and the management needs to make it clear to them that Carrick is not going anywhere, regardless of how bad the results get. The players need to understand that their job is to play at the highest level and deliver results. Any player who fails to perform at that level should be put up for sale, regardless of their name or how much they earn. I'm not happy seeing Manchester United this way even as rival fan. But the truth remains, when you're rebuilding most times it feels like it's not working but you'll need to be patient. You cannot say you are rebuilding a team, then sack the manager every time results don't go your way. At this point, the players must also be held accountable. You cannot keep changing managers while the same players continue to underperform. If the club's management trusts Carrick enough to appoint him, it should give him the backing to do his job. Let the players know that nobody is bigger than the club. If you're rebuilding, you'll suffer until things gets better.

🚨Mad respect to the Manchester United fans in the ground, singing Carrick's name to ensure everyone knows this is on Glazers, Ineos, Berrada & Wilcox and not on Carrick. #MUFC

🚨🎙️ Ryan Giggs on Lisandro Martínez’s comments about the Manchester United board after their defeat to Atlético Madrid: 🗣️ “If the board decides to take action against Lisandro Martínez, convincing players to join Manchester United in the future could become much more difficult. Because what exactly are you going to tell them? Come here and waste five or six years of your prime playing for nothing? I know INEOS won’t take his criticism lightly, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Martínez never plays for United again. But I can’t thank him enough for what he did tonight because his actions spoke louder than any fan’s words. People aren’t even beginning to understand how significant that moment was. He put himself on the line to expose what he believes is wrong at this club, and if his actions help bring real change to the people running United, he’ll always be a legend in my eyes.” ❤️

I’ve been telling you guys this for months. And now, it’s all unfolding exactly as I warned you. Let me remind you who I am. I’m one of the people who called for Carrick to be appointed interim after Amorim was sacked. I rejected Ole’s return. I said we didn’t need another manager looking for a soft landing. Carrick came in. Had a good run. And I said THANK YOU. Give him his flowers. Give him a standing ovation. Then let him go. Because Manchester United needed an experienced manager. A man with a philosophy. Principles. Authority. A clear process. Not another experiment. You insulted me. Questioned my intelligence. Even brought up my nationality and the fact that I’d never been to Old Trafford. I told you time would tell. NOW LOOK AT US. And remember this. AMORIM WAS NOT SACKED BECAUSE OF RESULTS. He fell out with Jason Wilcox. The same Wilcox who wants to stick his nose into managerial decisions. The same man who says he’s a coach at heart. Then go and coach! Why interfere with the manager’s job? Why dictate squad decisions? Why hire a manager if you don’t intend to let him manage? You got rid of Amorim and handed the job to Carrick. Now we’re watching the consequences. The same man who told us this squad was good enough. The same man who suggested Rashford would feel like a new signing. Now we’re losing games against 10 men. Newly promoted sides. Teams at the bottom of the table. We’re dropping points everywhere. And you’re STILL waiting for a miracle? WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Carrick has to go. Wilcox has to go with him. Because replacing the manager while keeping the same people interfering with football decisions solves nothing. If Berrada is part of the problem, he must go too. Nobody should be bigger than Manchester United. We cannot keep sacrificing managers to protect executives who have no business running the football side the way they are. And don’t tell me Carrick needs more time. WE TOLD YOU BEFORE HE GOT THE JOB. A good interim spell does not make you a good permanent manager. Short-term momentum is not a footballing philosophy. Carrick has no clear identity. No convincing tactical answers. No visible authority to change games. No ambition that matches the size of this club. People mistake his calm demeanour for composure. I see a manager who looks incapable of changing the course of a game when things go wrong. You cannot manage Manchester United on vibes, smiles and sentimental appointments. We need a serious manager. A proper footballing structure. People who know their jobs and stay in their lanes. It’s October. There’s still time to salvage this season. But only if we act NOW. CARRICK OUT. WILCOX OUT. Stop protecting the people destroying this club. And to everyone who insulted me for saying this months ago, I hope you’re finally beginning to understand what I was trying to tell you. I WASN’T HATING ON CARRICK. I WAS WARNING YOU ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT. MANCHESTER UNITED NEEDS A MANAGER, NOT ANOTHER EXPERIMENT.
Lisandro Martinez is right!! And this is what @Noush_UTD has been saying for years 😭 My club is run by the wrong people
