Don't ask "What do you want to get done today?" At 10am, hold out her shoes. "We're walking to get coffee." Once she's moving, she'll pick the next thing herself. All she ever needed was someone to take the first step with her.

All this discourse over iced coffee at an interview is exactly the reason "no one wants to work anymore". It's representative of a workplace that is toxic, overbearing and gives no fuck about you as an actual human, cause who gives a literal shit about someone drinking a coffee?
It is heartbreaking to hear when someone says no one cares about them and you're sitting right there caring about them
