Join us at our Disabled and Neurodivergent Members Social for an opportunity to meet with fellow members during #Microbio25. The event is on Monday 31 March 20:00 GMT. Secure your ticket on our website: microb.io/Microbio25
As the year draws to a close, so does my 3-year appointment on the @MicrobioSoc #EDI Members Panel. I would like to thank the Society for allowing me to play my small part in making Microbiology more accessible for historically marginalised communities.
Everyone should have an equitable opportunity to pursue and enjoy science, develop skills, and share their unique perspectives, so they can reach their full potential.
I'm passing over the baton and looking forward to the expansion of iniatives in continued work to reduce the barriers further. #IDPWD2024 @UniofStaffs #Diversityinstem #InclusionMatters #representation
