We are seeing 15+ offers on every home, it's the new normal until the supply issue is solved. The notion that this is reminiscent of the '08 market IMO is inaccurate. That was fueled by bad debt & poor lending standards. It’s highly unlikely we’ll ever see a drop like that again.

This report is mind blowing about millennials🤯... ⭐️ 90% of millennials said they'd buy a place sight unseen ⭐️46% would max out their budget ⭐️82% are willing to purchase a fixer-upper But can you blame them? This market is BANANAS! (h/t @ListWithClever)
