Everything you need to know about South East Water and the water industry in a single sentence.
Between 2020 - 2022 South East Water spent more on paying dividends and debt interest that they invested in infrastructure like pipes and water treatment works.
We have no water. It usually tastes of bleach anyway. @SouthEastWater3 pay more to bankers and shareholders than they do on improving infrastructure. They setup a water collection station which has created gridlock. No water expected until Tuesday. They are an absolute joke.

Did you know that council tax is £300 cheaper on average with Labour councils than under Tory councils?✅
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The post lacks evidence for the “£300 cheaper” claim and doesn’t cite its sources or clarify calculation methods.
However, in England, Conservative-led councils charge £149 less on average/year for Band D council tax than Labour-led ones.

Saltmarsh. It's just mud, right? WRONG.
They’re carbon-capturing, flood-busting, water-purifying, economy-boosting and mood-lifting ecosystems that are vital to many species, but sadly 85% of England’s saltmarshes have been lost since 1860.
