A week on and @Ryanair has sent us going around in circles, multiple emails.. Couple of phone calls. Banging head against the wall... Had to go through @resolvercouk, I recommend everyone else doing the same if you find yourself in the same position..
Anyone had any experience claiming compensation from @Ryanair with overnight delayed flights and their website saying we took 2 outward flights within 8hrs both arriving to avoid paying out? @MoneySavingExp #EU261

Shout out to @currys and @resolvercouk – submitted a case with an issue on 18 December and reached a full settlement (with cleared funds) this afternoon. Definitely makes me more likely to use both in future.

Reccommend @resolvercouk website. Very useful tool for resolving issues with companies who keep you waiting for hours on their complaint lines and don't provide email contact addresses.
