PEPT is now trading: the first pure-play peptide ETF.
Not a GLP-1 fund. PEPT owns the whole peptide chain: developers, manufacturers, and delivery platforms, in one ticker.

TESLA IS PULLING THE PLUG ON THE CYBERTRUCK TO BUILD MORE CYBERCABS
$TSLA will begin phasing out Cybertruck production at Gigafactory Texas around the middle of 2027, freeing up space to expand Cybercab output, CEO Elon Musk said in a post on X. Musk said the truck sold 70,000 units over three years against tooling built for 125,000 a year, and that $2 billion in R&D against $100 million in gross profit left a net project loss of $1.9 billion. First unveiled in 2019 with a promised starting price under $40,000, the Cybertruck reached customers in late 2023 and now starts at around $60,000. Its exit leaves the Model Y and Model 3 as the company’s remaining lineup. Meanwhile, Cybercabs have been operating on the streets of Austin for the past two months, with an expansion to Dallas planned later this month. It is the third vehicle the automaker has axed as it shifts toward AI and robotics, following the Model S and Model X, whose factory space now goes to Optimus humanoid robot production.
Lilly signed a deal worth up to $870 million for Camurus's peptide delivery technology.
Whichever peptide drug wins, it still has to be made and delivered. PEPT owns that whole chain.

MARVELL BETS BIG ON LIGHT WITH $115 BILLION LUMENTUM DEAL
$MRVL agreed to acquire $LITE in an all stock deal with an enterprise value of $115 billion, making it one of the largest tech transactions ever, behind only the SpaceX and xAI merger. The deal brings the optical maker’s lasers, which use light to move huge amounts of data between AI servers, together with $MRVL’s custom chip business serving $AMZN, $MSFT and $GOOGL. $MRVL already buys laser technology from $LITE and expanded its photonics push earlier this year by acquiring Celestial AI. $NVDA also has ties to the target, having agreed in March to take a $2 billion stake in $LITE and collaborate on photonics. Shares of both companies fell sharply on the news, and the merger is expected to close in the first half of 2028.
One company in the world makes EUV lithography machines. Without one you cannot manufacture an advanced chip, and there is no second supplier to call.
That's the extreme case, and the same pattern runs through the rest of the process. A chipmaker buys from a different specialist at nearly every step, and any new tool must be proven on that fab's own production line before it's trusted with real wafers. That process takes months, which is why these supplier relationships last years.
The REX AI Chipmaking ETF ($CHIP) holds the companies in those positions.

NVIDIA IN TALKS TO GUARANTEE CREDIT FOR NSCALE’S ANTHROPIC CAMPUS
$NVDA is in talks to provide credit guarantees for a West Virginia AI data center campus being built by Nscale, a facility Anthropic plans to use, according to a person familiar with the matter. The support would help backstop electricity and construction costs for the site, which will run on $NVDA chips, and The Information has reported the guarantees could total billions of dollars. Nscale, which already counts $NVDA as an investor, is also pursuing an IPO as the broader neocloud market faces turmoil, including Firmus Grid scrapping its own $30 billion offering.
