Anthropic's public S-1 hit EDGAR this morning. It plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. A few things in the filing that most people haven't seen yet:
- Customers spending $100K or more a year went from about 950 to more than 11,900 in twelve months.
- Net revenue retention was about 900% as of September 30.
- Claude wrote more than 90% of the code added to Anthropic's own codebase in September.
- Anthropic put 5% of its shares into a public benefit fund, and each co-founder has pledged 80% of their equity to charity.

What we learned about Anthropic last night, from the investor meeting it held ahead of the IPO:
- Q3 revenue was $16.8B, up about 45% from $11.6B in Q2. That one quarter is more than 3.5x the $4.6B Anthropic brought in across all of 2025.
- It was profitable on an adjusted basis for a second straight quarter and cash-flow positive in Q3.
- Every $1 it spent on compute in Q3 brought in $1.70 of revenue.
It did not give an updated run rate or a profit figure, and the S-1 is still not public.

Treasury is at least doubling the size of its long-end liquidity support buybacks, to $4B per operation from $2B, effective September 9.

DoorDash’s drone move is less about aerospace than a limit of the Uber Eats model: marketplaces scale by coordinating idle cars and labor. There is no latent pool of delivery drones. To own the control layer of a ~$300B market, $DASH must first create and control the capacity.

Three companies collected roughly 90% of global DRAM revenue last quarter: Samsung, SK hynix, and Micron.
One of them leads in the high-bandwidth memory that AI accelerators depend on. That one is SK hynix.
Its home market is Seoul, and on July 10 it is set to list on Nasdaq in the largest ADR debut on record by proceeds.
