Wow. Josh, our own Coast Guard just issued a report (see image below) that stated a full 20% or so of the boats they suspected of narco-trafficking and interdicted in that same area DID NOT turn out to have drugs on them, and were instead innocent fishermen or those engaged in legitimate & LEGAL inter-island commerce. This isn’t surprise, as the same type of boats are regularly used to move all sorts of commercial products, commodities, and people between islands as they’re all relatively close together and it’s the most efficient method of transportation between them. Unless you’re a deeply disturbed sociopath with no regard for human life whatsoever, wouldn’t you agree that a 20% chance of killing innocent people every time we destroy one of these boats is too much of a risk? To clarify, twenty-percent equates to 1 out of every 5 boats. I look forward to your reply.
