It's weird that we talk so much about a "loneliness epidemic" but we don't really talk to people about how to make friends or why they are not making friends.

I’ve tried, but speaking to any staff about anything now is ‘union busting’ apparently. It’s bonkers, & needs to be called out.

Just days after workers at @GleeClubCardiff secure recognition, management have threatened to close the venue.
Our position is clear, we want urgent, positive discussions with management to resolve issues and build a working environment where workers feel respected and valued.
