I've noticed a lot of painted lady butterflies here on the Findhorn Hinterland in recent days - I photographed these ones feeding on green alkanet (Pentaglottis sempervirens) yesterday.

Good morning welcome to Tippetty tap tap Thursday
Yesterday happened & there’s nothing you can do to change it now
Let it stay where it belongs
In the past, don’t carry its weight into today
Move forward, knowing that new moments & new beginnings are still waiting for you

Kindness is free.
Go on and sprinkle that stuff everywhere.
A smile, a gentle word, a tiny moment of patience , it all adds up to something bigger than we realise.
Be kind
