predominantly black schools in predominantly black communities are often underfunded bcs the local government gives funding based on property tax. the tax value is lesser in predominantly black communities. I.e., systematic racism was a very well thought out & intentional thing.

Racism is why America can’t have a revolution. Most white Americans will look at a group of black people protesting issues that affect them too, and condemn them as ‘violent’, yet with the same eyes, see white college kids rioting after a sporting game, and call it mischief.
