🔴 FENIAN 🔴
NEW ALBUM
🔥24.04.26🔥
They tried to stop us by branding Kneecap 'terrorists', with cancellations, with statements from the Prime Minister himself.
We had all the motivation we needed…this isn't a swift reaction, but a considered response to those that tried to silence us. And failed.
Inspired by, and proudly named 'Fenian', who were warriors in Irish folklore, and later a derogatory term for the Irish.
Now we're using it to name everyone speaking truth to power.
After 800 years of colonisation, they thought the Irish language would die, it didn't. Thanks to Muintir na Gaeltachta, and all the Gaels who refused to let their culture and language be destroyed.
And KNEECAP is much the same…we haven't gone away.
The Paddies are back.

The hunger strike for Palestine in British jails has ended in victory as Elbit Systems is denied £2bn contract with UK military.
In addition to improved conditions and the disclosure of Elbit export licenses during genocide.
History has been made by hearts hungry for justice.

This quote coming from the party that spent an entire election cycle telling us that there wasn’t a genocide going on in Gaza and that Biden was tirelessly working for a ceasefire is fucking insane to me

Saying "you support international law" whilst supporting a President breaking international law - means you don't support international law.
Really basic stuff - but this is how badly this Labour Government are scraping the barrel.
And it all undermines international law.
Replying to @YvetteCooperMP
2/ As the Prime Minister has made clear, we support international law. Our collective focus must now be on achieving a transition without bloodshed to a democratic government in Venezuela that respects the rights and will of its people.

Support the Hunger Strikers!
The British state has used every method they can to isolate and break the spirits of the 8 prisoners who stand with Palestine.
They are now close to dying and the British state does not care.
As Irish people we know hunger strikes. We know British oppression.
We know colonialism.
