@krishnabgowda guess violations can be covered up by delaying by authorities. Violation and encroachment is allowed in GBA?

@BAFBLR, @BBMPCOMM, Reality: Most builders in Bangalore have not executed such conveyance deeds. Many associations are registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 or as associations under KAOA 1972, which do not have the legal status to hold immovable property

Mr Siddaramiah has gone into Panic mode. The suspension of Bengaluru City Police Commissioner is the darkest day in the History of Karnataka Police.
The prize for telling the Truth and he and his Team slogged the whole night to keep Bengaluru Safe.
Everyone in Karnataka knows that it is the Uncontrollable Deputy Chief Minister who orchestrated the Death March is the main Culprit.
No Chief Minister has become as Helpless, Cowardly, Nervous and Panicky.
The Government has Blood on its Hands and Now has lost its Mind too. The Government is now in Disaster.

Dear @CMofKarnataka @siddaramaiah @DKShivakumar Sir, Why are we deprived of our apartment land transfer to our apartment owners association in Karnataka? We paid money to promoters, we paid Stamp duty to Govt, we paid property tax to BBMP, still why? @narendramodi @RahulGandhi

Dear @CMofKarnataka, @siddaramaiah @DKShivakumar, We the home buyers of Karnataka request your Govt to release Apartment Act to protect the land rights of home buyers in Karnataka. It's been pending for a long time. @RahulGandhi @INCIndia @BJP4India @BJP4Karnataka @MoHUA_India

The city infrastructure is crumbling and the State Govt has no funds due to freebies doled out.
They are pledging assets worth 19000 Cr and it’s our money!
