Our free buses mean an elderly woman living in her destroyed home near the yellow-line in Beit Lahia can still reach a doctor's appointment 45 minutes away. Please help here: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…
They mean families can remain steadfast on their land without being completely cut off from medical care, food, and other essential services.
For Palestinians living in isolated and devastated areas of Gaza, transportation is more than getting from one place to another. It is the difference between accessing care and going without it.
Here, an elderly woman describes the difficulties of finding transportation so close to the yellow line. The Sameer Project's free buses help ensure that remaining on your land does not mean being abandoned without access to basic necessities.
Steadfastness requires support. Help us keep our buses running and our communities connected. Give to our General Fund: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…

Do we show this? The visceral pain. The cries. The suffering that is almost unbearable to witness?
Yes. We have to. Support here: chuffed.org/project/136892-m…
Not curated. Not set to dramatic music that silences the real sounds of human suffering. No edits to make the pain more palatable.
On September 19, this child underwent a minor surgical procedure at The Sameer Project’s Tawbah Clinic in Jabalia. Listen to his cries. This is what medical care sounds like for children who have endured years of genocide, displacement, and unimaginable trauma. Children who are innocent bystanders, suffering the direct and indirect consequences of Israel’s occupation and bombardment.
It costs nearly $1,900 a day to keep Tawbah Clinic operating. We show you the suffering because we cannot allow the world to look away Andy more, cover their ears, hide their eyes.
And we ask you to help us relieve it. Donate to The Sameer Project’s Medical Campaign: chuffed.org/project/136892-m…

When will Gaza finally receive the level of support needed not just to survive, but to live?
People in Gaza will tell you they are still living, but they no longer feel alive. Support here: chuffed.org/project/help-us-…
They wake up every day searching for food, water, shelter, and medical care. Every ounce of energy goes toward surviving another day. There is little room for rest, recovery, dignity, or hope for the future.
Surviving a genocide should not mean being condemned to a lifetime of suffering. The people of Gaza deserve more than the bare minimum needed to stay alive. They deserve the opportunity to actually live.
Here, they talk about some Arab countries that have sent aid…but it’s not enough for a population of 2 million trapped while being bombed.
Until this opportunity to be free, to live, becomes a reality, The Sameer Project will continue showing up. Help us provide the support families need today: chuffed.org/project/help-us-…

People in Gaza wake up, and their first thought is water. Help now: chuffed.org/project/help-us-…
They want to make tea. Water. Prepare breakfast. Water. Wash their hands, clean their dishes, bathe their children, take their medication. Water.
Every basic act of daily life depends on it. Yet in Gaza, there is never enough. Imagine having to calculate every drop you use, knowing that when it runs out, you may have no way of getting more. Rationing it and telling your children that they can’t have more when they are thirsty.
Clean water is the foundation of survival, health, and dignity. The Sameer Project produces and delivers clean drinking water directly to displaced communities across Gaza. But the need is far greater than what we can provide.

The Sameer Project provides a bus daily for patients of the Hamad Hospital, in collaboration with them. This help hundreds of patients weekly to go get their treatment without having to be worried about the cost or ability to find transport. Contribute here: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…
This is particularly important for patients with mobility challenges. Gaza has the highest number of amputees in the world and thousands are wheelchair users, so moving around is really difficult.
To operate this bus, it costs The Sameer Project around $5,100 monthly and the gas is provided by Hamad Hospital. So that’s only $170 per day! We need your help to keep this service going.

The occupation threatens to close Gaza’s borders, restrict food supplies, and starve Palestinians into leaving their homeland. Support Gaza here: chuffed.org/project/help-us-…
As this man says, echoing a Palestinian proverb, “Let them do it. How much worse can it get than what we are already living through?”
Despite the hunger, destruction, and unimaginable suffering, he refuses to leave Gaza. His steadfastness should not come at the cost of starvation.
On October 18, The Sameer Project distributed 414 bundles of freshly baked bread across Al-Sahel, Al-Safaa, and Al-Salwan camps in central Gaza, at a total cost of $917 including the 11% commission to transfer money to Gaza.
As food becomes scarcer and prices continue to rise, our bakery remains a lifeline for families determined to stay on their land. Steadfastness requires sustenance, and help.

It’s not just about providing assistance. It’s about HOW that assistance is delivered.

For The Sameer Project, dignity, respect, kindness, and compassion guide everything we do. We treat the people we serve the same way we would treat our own families, because that is exactly how they deserve to be treated.
Here this man, a health supervisor from Al-Maadani Hospital, speaks about the importance of our free bus services for children, patients, and families, but also something equally meaningful: the kindness and care shown by our team.
Our buses provide more than transportation. They provide relief, dignity, and the reassurance that someone cares. Support our free transportation program. Help us continue serving our people with the dignity they deserve, by donating to our General Fund link: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…

An engineered famine does not just starve people today. It leaves lasting damage on the body, sometimes for a lifetime. Please help: chuffed.org/project/136892-m…
Babies are deprived of essential nutrients when malnourished mothers struggle to breastfeed. Children risk irreversible developmental harm, failing to meet physical growth and cognitive milestones. The elderly face worsening chronic illnesses, while medications that must be taken with food become another danger when there is nothing to eat.
Starvation is not just an empty stomach. It is the destruction of health, development, and survival across generations.
At The Sameer Project’s Tawbah Clinic in Jabalia, our medical team sees these consequences every day. We monitor malnutrition, manage chronic diseases, treat complications, and provide ongoing care to patients whose health continues to deteriorate under these conditions.

Palestinians in Gaza are fed up. Open borders or closed borders, they don’t even have the energy to react. After 3 years of genocide and famine, the reaction from people for the border closure is apathy. Support Gaza now: chuffed.org/project/help-us-…
It is our role to provide sustenance and to fight for borders opening and end of genocide. This is not the responsibility of people in genocide who are being killed daily with our tax money.
The Sameer Project is still able to make bread. On October 18th, we gave out 414 bags of bread in Deir El Balah to the following camps: Silwan, Safa and Sahel. Total cost was $918, including the 11% commission.

This video is not old - it was taken on October 24th, 2026, in Gaza.
Give to Gaza: chuffed.org/project/help-us-…
Why are people desperate for a bag of bread after the closure of borders for a few days only? Here’s what the international media is NOT telling you:
- The military occupation allows a maximum of 200 trucks in per day, instead of the 600 minimum needed. So what enters is barely enough for two million people for a few days.
- A lot of the trucks entering have luxury items instead of basic needs like chocolate, instant noodles, fizzy drinks and coal! Rebuilding material, medical equipment, and caravans are prohibited.
- Palestinians in Gaza can’t store much food because there are no fridges or freezers, and due to the lack of space in tents.
- HUGE reduction of community kitchens and food packages from international organizations like WFP and WCK, and the alleged reason is lack of funds.
- Around 90% of Palestinians in Gaza don’t have consistent income and rely fully on community kitchens to survive.
- The military occupation facilitates war profiteering and theft by the militias at the yellow line who steal tents and tarps, and sell them for high prices. Also some traders store tents and wait till it rains to sell at higher prices.
The fact that a video like this is emerging from Gaza in its fourth year in genocide is a testament to our failure. Each and every one of us outside the Gaza Strip holds responsibility towards this horrific scene.

How do you explain a genocide to a child with special needs? How do you soothe a child with autism when bombs are exploding around them? How do you help a child with sensory sensitivities, cognitive disabilities, or limited communication understand why their entire world has become terrifying?
Contribute to Gaza: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…
This is the impossible reality for parents across Gaza caring for children with disabilities. Children who desperately need stability, routine, safety, and specialized care are instead living through relentless trauma and displacement.
On September 17, The Sameer Project visited the family of Ahmed in Deir al-Balah. Ahmed is autistic and frequently attempts to run away from the family's tent, placing him at enormous risk in an already dangerous environment. Our team installed protective tarpaulins around the tent to help keep Ahmed safe and provided food, hygiene supplies, and diapers. The total cost was $285 after commission.
For families caring for children with disabilities during a genocide, survival requires more than food and water. It requires protection, understanding, and support tailored to their needs. Help The Sameer Project continue reaching the families whose struggles are too often overlooked. Support our General Fund: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…

Everyone at The Sameer Project’s Refaat Alareer Camp knows Amir. His infectious energy, his dancing, his smile, and his larger-than-life personality make him impossible not to love. Support here: chuffed.org/project/113327-r…
Amir faces significant medical challenges, including a defect in his hard palate (the roof of his mouth). But with the dedicated support of our onsite occupational therapist and physiotherapist, he continues to make incredible progress.
Even the determination it takes to learn to drink through a straw, blow up a balloon, and improve his speech when the roof of your mouth hasn't developed properly. These are milestones many take for granted, but for Amir, each one is a victory.
This is why rehabilitation matters. This is why consistent care matters. And this is why The Sameer Project remains committed to providing children like Amir with the therapy they deserve, right where they live.

Imagine having no shower, no running water, and nothing but the sea to bathe in. This is the reality for so many displaced children in Gaza. Help please: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…
When access to clean water and cleansing soap is severely limited, keeping hair shorter makes basic hygiene easier. Sweat, dirt, scalp irritation, and lice become much harder to manage when children cannot wash regularly.
For these children, a haircut isn't about appearance. It's about health, hygiene, and dignity. So on September 17, The Sameer Project brought our free Mobile Barbershop initiative to Al-Radwan Camp 6, providing haircuts directly to displaced children who have already been deprived of so much. The total…only approximately $180 after transfer fees.
Hygiene is a basic human need. Help The Sameer Project’s initiatives support this by donating to our General Fund: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…

The military occupation continues the genocide in Gaza for its fourth year. But no matter how large the destruction is, nothing can destroy Palestinian faith or spirit, and nothing will drive us out of our land.
This video was taken during a chronic illness mobile clinic on October 20th in Rimal Al Aqsa Camp in Hamad City, Khan Younis. This was the 7th visit by The Sameer Project medical team to this camp where 48 patients were treated and given free medication.

The bus initiative provides some level of normalcy for Palestinians in Gaza. It facilitates family visits, getting to hospital appointments, market visits and more. Support here: chuffed.org/project/113222-t…
The Sameer Project provides nine buses daily between different parts of the Gaza Strip. The bus in this video is from an overcrowded area called Al Shatii that needs more buses as people struggle a lot with transport.
Your material support is not ending the genocide but is providing some relief. While international organizations struggle to operate in Gaza and has a lot of red tape and operational costs, The Sameer Project makes sure that 90% of your donations arrive to Gaza legally and safely.

A father caring for two children with cerebral palsy, with no support system left. Before the genocide, his children had access to specialized programs, medical care, and services that supported their development. Today, those services are gone. He has been left to manage their care alone while struggling to provide even the most basic necessity: food. Help here: chuffed.org/project/help-us-…
This is the reality for countless families in Gaza caring for children with disabilities. Families who were already vulnerable have lost nearly every form of support they once depended on.
On September 13, The Sameer Project kitchen distributed 451 meals of rice and kofta. Of those, 431 meals went to displaced families in Al-Karm Camp in Deir Al Balah seen here, and 20 were delivered to Civil Defense workers. The total cost after 11% transfer fees was $1,306.
For less than $3, you can take one burden off a parent already carrying more than anyone should have to bear. Help us keep our kitchen running. Families like his are depending on us. Donate to The Sameer Project’s Food and Water Campaign: chuffed.org/project/help-us-…
