Great session this morning with @sarahcud ⚠️you must rule out AL Amyloidosis ✋️reduce Rosuva/Atorvastatin 🩸Serum TTR levels will increase with stabilisers. Don't stop if levels drop as can fluctuate at times of infection and cachexia. ⭐️ ECG to monitor brady arrhythmia
