When I was 13, I lost my mom to breast cancer. I still wonder if it could have been prevented.
When she found the lump, she did everything right.
She went to her primary care doctor, and he told her it was nothing. My mom wasn’t convinced, so she went to a women’s health specialist for a second opinion and was told the same thing. A year passed before she saw a third doctor who was shocked that nothing had been done and ordered tests the same day.
By the time she was diagnosed, the cancer had already spread.
For the next three years, she went through chemo, surgery, and radiation. Specialist after specialist, asking the same questions again and again.
After she passed away, there were two thoughts I couldn’t out of my head:
(1) Somewhere, a doctor must have seen a case like my mom’s and caught it early.
(2) Nothing that doctor learned had any way to reach her.
Healthcare runs in my family. All four of my sisters are nurses or pharmacists, and my fiancée spent the pandemic working in a multi-organ transplant recovery ward.
I’ve seen how hard clinicians work, and how much of that work requires understanding the patient and recognizing patterns from past cases.
That’s why a doctor can practice for 30 years and get better every year, while a hospital can treat millions of patients without getting much better at treating the next one.
What’s missing in healthcare is the infrastructure for it to learn from its own experience. If we don’t examine the cause and outcome of every interaction, how do we get better at knowing which signs to watch for?
I spent years at Google and Upwork building AI from human expertise, then eventually left big tech to work on the one problem I couldn’t stop thinking about.
I started a company called Concurrence (@concurrencehq) and raised $24M to build data and AI systems that enable healthcare orgs to learn from every patient they treat. Nothing learned is lost, and it reaches the next patient who needs it.
We’ve already supported care for over 10 million patients worldwide.
My mom deserved a doctor who had seen her case a thousand times. Every patient does.

Scanned our whole @zernio codebase (about 0.5M lines) with @typesafe's Jev model for code quality, security, etc.
12,938 findings. 2 minutes. $0.89.
Then I fed the findings to Claude Code new model Opus 5.5, it's in loop running on server so its alway on.
It opens refactor PRs, runs the gates and merges them itself.
50 merged so far.
How it works? 👇

you learn more on the job than you ever do from upskilling or theoretical learning.
even if you don't know something, having to learn it under a strict deadline forces you to get better, that's the truth
stop delaying getting a job because you're "yet to learn this" or "yet to learn that". the earlier you join, the faster you grow

One course can change what you build.
After watching @piyushgarg_dev and @Hiteshdotcom's Udemy course "Full Stack Generative and Agentic AI with Python," I went on to build interviewresources.app/.
Thanks for creating such practical content. ❤️

Meta's offer was an order of magnitude higher than $1 million 🥲
Meet Rishabh Agrawal, who got AIR 33 in JEE and completed his B.Tech, Computer Science from IIT Bombay. He worked at Google Brain, DeepMind, Waymo, and when Mark Zuckerberg personally gave him a $1 million job offer, he denied it.
And do you know what he's doing today? Building the next-generation AI company called Periodic Labs.
Many of us might not know him well, but in the AI world, he is a big deal. The reason is that he has worked at some of the most elite AI labs on the planet: Google Brain, DeepMind, Waymo, and Meta Superintelligence Labs.
In spite of that, when he was offered a ₹9.5 crore per annum job, after five months at Meta, he denied it, quit, and joined Periodic Labs as a co-founder.
Now, Periodic Labs is building the future of next-generation AI. It is backed by NVIDIA and Jeff Bezos, and it's building an AI scientist that can generate hypotheses for real-world experiments to discover new materials, medicines, and even new physics.
Instead of being a small fish in a big pond, be a big fish in a small pond.

Hey network! 👋
I’m currently looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer role, preferably something heavily focused on AI systems, agents, orchestration, or applied LLM workflows.
I’ve previously worked with funded startups, built production-grade AI systems, and have also been in interview loops with YC startups. Most of my work has been around shipping end-to-end products across AI, backend systems, and modern full-stack development.
What I’m looking for:
• AI-heavy engineering roles
• AI agents / multi-agent systems
• LLM infrastructure & workflows
• Full-stack AI product development
• Fast-moving startup teams with high ownership
A Project to pitch to you?
My best Project is: Chat Automation Platform: an "AI-Powered Tool Orchestration via Autonomous Agents." [ 20+ MCP or 80+ tools ]
Tech Stack:- Next.js 16, TailwindCSS, Express, tRPC, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Docker, AWS
• Architected a full-stack monorepo with a real-time chat interface using Next.js 16 / React 19 frontend and Express/tRPC backend, enabling seamless bidirectional communication.
• Engineered an autonomous AI agent system using LangGraph with Plan → Route → Execute pattern, dynamically orchestrating 20+ MCP tools to execute complex multi-step workflows.
• Reduced LLM token consumption by 90% through intelligent context management, implementing selective tool binding and conversation state pruning.
• Achieved 80% faster response times by implementing smart model routing and prompt compression, dynamically selecting LLMs based on task complexity.
• Decreased hallucinations by implementing a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) system with state-based approval workflows for safe execution of critical actions.
• Ensured 99.9% system uptime by deploying production infrastructure on AWS EC2 with automated CI/CD pipelines and containerized microservices.
