Police Scotland and the Crown Office Prosecution Service, NHS Grampian and Renaissance Care all refuse detail of my Fathers death in Care by ultimately using Midazolam and Morphine in his room isolation, where he had been desperately trying to escape incarceration, documented. It was also decided and done without my Father being examined by a Doctor and having no medical support facilities. They lied about my involvement in this procedure. Why they all repeatedly deny access to this “end of life” medical record remains the legal question? We fear it would open the floodgates of death by these dangerous drug injections during COVID and the false cause of death certification that was rife. Why have there been no arrests of Government Officials and others who destroyed evidence of their actions that led to thousands of deaths? I predicted this in April 2020 when my Father was sent with live Covid from Hospital to his Aberdeen Care Home. Nearly 30% of his fellow residents died. I am shocked to read Robert Kilgour interpretation of the Renaissance Care Home deaths. Read my posts! They took my Father out of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with serious head injuries received in 3 days there, back to the Aberdeen Care Home where he also got head fall injuries, against my Power of Attorney when he was seriously injured and they knew he had live Covid. I found out 7 of 28 residents died there including my Father. Kilgours Company had a Lawyer respond recently with a refusal to supply my Families multiple requests for detail of injecting my father with euthanasia drugs Midazolam and Morphine, this felt like intimidation, a log of what happened is held by the COPFS, Police Scotland and NHS Grampian, why the secrecy? Kilgour also refused to talk to me directly despite requests after my Father died in 26th April 2020. My Family arranged deliveries of PPE to his Care Home during the epidemic when they were running out! Quality and quantities supplied free that they never had. I was hurriedly and wrongly removed from Legal representation 4 days after my Scottish Covid Inquiry statement on morning of 8/12/23. I exposed the reality of SNP and Care/NHS failures. I have Just read this footnote below in the Scottish Daily Express from 21/10/26 and it makes me very angry. Robert Kilgour owner of Renaissance Care refused to talk to me after my Father died in his Care Home. My Father was injected with 11 doses of Midazolam and Morphine in his Cowdray Club Care Home in Aberdeen. The detail of this horrific ending of life injection remains a secret held by the Care Home. They and the COPFS refuse to provide the evidence. Renaissance Care set a Lawyer on me to intimidate and scare me off. My Father died on 26/04/20 and was a victim of dangerous incompetent Management and loss of Control. I pleaded with Aberdeen Royal Infirmary not to discharge my Father and the Care Home not to accept him with LIVE Covid and with serious head injuries he received in their “care” back into the Care Home, on seeing my Fathers terrible head injuries on photographs I also pleaded to have my Father returned to Hospital. There was no intention to isolate my Father from my Mother in this Care Home until I intervened. All documented. Robert Kilgour must be held to account and not allowed to cover up the horrific reality that took place in his own Care Homes. Around 30% died in that home. I still have an unresolved complaint with the COPFS and Police Scotland and the GMC. Read my posts. I would gladly give an interview to the Daily Mail about what really went on in Renaissance Care and the NHS but they previously failed to respond. My Family have no faith in Police Scotland or the COPFS. 6 years of waiting for this investigation to have consequences and now a cover up in plain sight. We fight on for Justice, regardless of being ignored and intimidated by all concerned.
