So many people are contacting me for help and advice at the moment that it is worrying. When it's a particular Trust, that's even more worrying. When it's a particular Trust who are being extremely stroppy with loved ones, what are they hiding? #worrying
Why is there a "halo bias" around why some care homes are so bad at care? Just because it's never happened before does not mean it hasn't happened? Care, neglect, failing to ensure someone is safe?? #coverups so many organisations ignoring this it's IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST!

That’s right. You only have so long to complain. It doesn’t matter if you have stress, PTSD, CPTSD, depression or whatever… even if it takes you a time to realise that, you have to deal with your complaint as well as dealing with the bereavement and trauma. Maybe the PHSO and NHS don’t realise that?
