He does ONE good thing on his way out the door.
Still f.uked up (or by design 🤷♀️) the PUC & California insurance industry for residents like nobody’s business.
Breaking news: California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced Thursday that he will commute the death sentences of all 548 of the state’s condemned inmates to life without parole. sfchronicle.com/politics/art…

True heroes walking amongst us. They did the work behind the scenes, fighting the abuses of this regime.
Badasses and patriots who love this country, and who showed up when no one was looking.
THIS is what democracy looks like.
Worth saying: credit to the Attorneys General offices, small law firms, and nonprofits who fought the corruption of this administration when our largest law firms hid or capitulated. Their heroic work stopped the worst abuses of this Administration and protected millions of Americans from harm.
The legal profession has changed forever. And those who chose rank self-interest when the rule of law in this nation faced an existential threat should have to live with that decision for the rest of their professional lives.

Guess what? They weren’t paid protesters. They were just really pissed off Americans. If you didn’t know then, now you know.
Another leg of the collapse Diamond Sports Group & MLB taking over the reins. And now they want to take terrestrial airwaves “in house” as well, cutting out the “middleman” & the league pockets 100% of digital ad the revenue.
Money grab 100%
Replying to @DavidPSamson
@DavidPSamson says MLB no longer needs radio: "We don't need baseball on radio anymore." The former Marlins president predicts on Nothing Personal that "radio will go the way of Kodak and Blockbuster." @JohnMamola has more. #MLB

“When will free agents stop seeing the #Athletics as a team to avoid?”
Once young talent is signed as opposed to traded, often pre-arbitration.
Meaningful long term contracts are secured & players retained.
This isn’t likely to happen as long as Fisher owns the franchise.
Great question from the A's mailbag: When will the perception of the A's change? roundtable.io/sports/mlb/ath…
A new ballpark enhances profit for owners. As Jason’s article points out re: the Marlins under Jeff Loria’s ownership went south for the fans & the city almost immediately upon the opening of the new ballpark in 2012. HE sued the season tix holders. The county sued him in 2018
And Jeff Loria is who f.uked the @Montreal_Expos …so when we are talking about historically bad owners, Jeff Loria may be the worst in Modern History…Fisher is not far behind in my book.

For a long time, America has treated local business ownership as a private matter. But when millions of owners reach the exit at the same time, private decisions become a national reckoning.

Fees are one of the primary reasons we pulled our money out of the large banks years ago.
Credit unions & strong community banks have been great = no fees, no charges for notary service, free safety deposit box
Sadly, a lot of those community banks are getting gobbled up 😢

Obama: "That well-known evil empire Canada. That historical adversary of ours. Canada! *laughs* It's your neighbor. It's a few minutes' drive over the bridge! These are the people who gave us Martin Short and maple syrup. They are the nicest people! And someone we've gotten them so mad."
