I was feeling sad today because I feel I'm not doing well in life. Then I decided to check how far I have come, from borrowing my sister phone to getting myself Samsung, buying iPhone, owning a macbook, having a comfortable workspace, to renting and furnishing apartment. God have really helped me achieve enough and I will achieve more. In all you do be greatful.

A useful sentence to practice: "I need some time to think about that before I commit." You don't have to answer immediately. You don't have to agree because someone asked confidently. And you don't have to fill every available space in your calendar. Give yourself room to make considered decisions.

The P wave represents the electrical activity of the atria, the QRS complex represents the ventricles’ electrical activation, and the T wave shows their recovery.
