Poll closures were extended by two hours in Brazil by courts — in part due to issues with public transit in left-leaning areas. Results are now coming in.
Brazil: The Regional Electoral Court of Bahia has issued an arrest warrant for Pablo Souza (Ind.), head of the Municipal Secretariat of Mobility in Salvador, following the limitation of bus service in the city during today’s elections. #Brazil

Elon Musk just said the neoclouds - which are the off-balance sheet Nvidia vehicles - are cooked. SpaceX, of course, is also a neocloud, though it has some assets outside of AI. xitter.cf/elonmusk/status/211443…
Replying to @chamath
Pretty much. As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers. SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue. That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

The answer is that a functioning democracy cannot permit the far right to exist while continuing to exist itself.
Reports on Brazilian TV of terrible chaos. Polling stations that had already closed their doors, reopening. Poll clerks completely confused. What a nightmare. Hard to say what the consequences might be, tonight and in the weeks and months ahead.

It was a blessing to spend time with pastors and faith leaders in New Orleans who dedicate their lives to serving others. We share a belief in the importance of coming together, finding common ground, and serving our communities with compassion. Faith has always been a guiding force in my life, and I’m thankful for these leaders who put that faith into action every day. I will carry that same spirit of service with me to the U.S. Senate.

I don't even credit Kellen Moore for finding Tyler Shough. Jeff Ireland has talked about how they were scouting him at Texas Tech, before he transferred to Louisville. What's important is they have a QB they can win games because of. They must find a coach who won't fail him.

Paris did an incredible job today logistically with the game. Pretty laughable how much sensationalism was going on this past week with the city, and the game. I mean…😂 It’s obvious certain people WANTED there to be riots and mayhem so they could say “I told you so” 😭 – at Paris, France

The Saints could not establish the run game in Paris, averaging just 1.06 yards per rush. QB Tyler Shough was their leading rusher with just 7 yards. The Saints are the first team without a 10-yard rusher in a game since the Bucs in Week 4 of the 2022 season. 😬

October 25, 1987 Jim Mora "Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda" Following his team's 24-22 loss to the 49ers, the Saints legend delivers one of his most famous postgame rants. New Orleans would then win its next nine games en route to the franchise's first-ever postseason appearance.

ESPN Research sent this stat with 2:55 remaining, but the Saints never got the ball back after they punted at the 6:02 mark: The Saints have 18 rushing yards, which would be their fewest in a game since Dec. 19, 1999 at the Ravens (11 yards)

The Saints are sadly just not a good team, they are an NFL team, so they have some fun strong points and they have the ability to win any game, but they have glaring weaknesses that more often than not mean that too many things have to go right in order to win

Both Kendre Miller and Alvin Kamara are averaging 0.8 yards/carry right now. That's not a typo.
