Raining over the Texas Panhandle today. Water falling on dry dirt is liquid life.
For too long, American agriculture has traded its soul for corporate scale—letting high-starch feedlots push beef lipid profiles into inflammatory territory while independent ranchers carry all the risk and none of the margin.
The industrial food complex wants you dependent, gridded, and tracked. We are choosing a different path.
Working alongside biological pioneer Bernie Hansen and Better Fed Foods, we’ve unlocked the "Mediterranean Cow"—using natural microalgae and flax nutrition to bring Omega ratios below 3:1 naturally at the source.
No corporate overhaul. Just true input control for the independent stockman.
In 2027, the road calls again. We launch the Great American Health Initiative: heavy truck, cowboy sleeper, and livestock trailer.
Hitting independent ranches across America to capture "Old Dog Wisdom," check herds, and give the real stewards of the land a voice.
Digital tools are just the signal.
Real men deliver the message.
Through "Modern the Man," we are handing physical packets to local communities and rising leaders.
And in a world of automated gates and faceless corporate bots, we still pick up the phone. Peer-to-peer. Value-for-value.

Another sworn statement abt the truth. Consider how debasing it is for @ShawnRyan762, @RealCandaceO, and other entertainers who welcomed @HunterBiden into their homes & businesses & studios and allowed him to lie to their entertainment show audiences for hours.

We try to have a different family over to our house for dinner at least 1x every two weeks.
After we eat, I’ll pull out a stack of hymn books and everyone from the oldest to the youngest will sing.
Every one starts off kind of quiet and nervous at first, but by the 2nd song, everyone is giving it their all.
When we finish singing, we’ll all celebrate with dessert.
It’s simple, but it’s one of my favorite things we do.

Richard Morgan had spent most of his life as a baker and battery maker. No structured training. No athletic past. At 73 he sat on an erg to kill time and a coach noticed his natural stroke. He never stopped.
By his early 90s he was a four-time indoor rowing world champion. He had rowed the equivalent of nearly ten times around the planet, mostly in a backyard shed. Researchers put him in a lab at 92 and measured what late-starting training had done.
His 165 pounds were roughly 80% muscle and 15% fat. Peak heart rate hit 153 during a 2,000 m trial—among the highest recorded for anyone in their 90s. Oxygen uptake kinetics looked like those of a healthy 30- or 40-year-old. Forced vital capacity and peak power sat well above what the textbooks predict for his age.
He trained about 30 km a week on the erg, mostly easy, with a couple of harder sessions and basic strength work. The body adapted. Muscle stayed. The cardiovascular system stayed responsive. Performance kept rising long after most people assume the window has closed.
The usual story is that you have to start young or you miss the boat. Morgan started in his seventies and collected world titles in his nineties. The systems that matter for rowing—power, oxygen delivery, muscle mass—proved more plastic than the decline curves suggest.
