A politician with his positions on Israel and Palestine would be smeared as an antisemite, hounded and deemed unelectable within their own party.
They'll applaud his politics in America while doing everything in their power to silence the same politics in Britain.

Maddening to see Labour MPs celebrating El-Sayed win. He would have been unceremoniously dumped out their party on his ass and none of them would have said a word to defend him.
i honestly think Trump regaining power has a lot to do with it, it’s given parties like Reform and Restore the confidence to be so outlandish because they’ve seen the orange man do exactly that and still regain power. hopefully these midterms show the UK voting really does work
