Asked Bennett Stirtz how his hometown of Liberty, Missouri, shaped him: β€œBeing from Liberty, it’s right outside of Kansas City. It’s pretty under-recruited, undervalued. Keaton Wagler was the same way. We’re from the same city, so we both had our chip on our shoulder. And especially, me personally, going from D-II. It’s just extra motivation every day. Practice. Shootaround. The second you step on the court, you have that motivation because people didn’t believe in you. That’s what I get from being from KC.”

Very grateful for the opportunity Missouri State gave me to be able to compete at the Division 1 level. After redshirting, I have 4 years of eligibility remaining and will be entering the transfer portal. 6’8 wing, 3 level scorer, high IQ, can create for himself and others.
