A lot of football channels struggle with the same thing:
They have great long-form content…
but their short-form doesn’t convert attention.
This is a podcast clip I edited combining:
• Short-form pacing + hooks
• Motion graphics
• Readable subtitles
• Sports-channel style polish 👇
If your podcast or long-form football content isn’t translating on TikTok/Reels, that’s usually an editing + pacing problem.
I had 12 hours to create a 20s ad using a brand new AI TTS model.
Half of it had to be in Spanish.
I don’t speak Spanish.
So instead of fighting the constraint, I built the entire concept around it 👇
The idea:
• Clean, Apple-style ad to hook attention
• Repeated “interruptions” by the new Spanish TTS voices
• Use the glitch as the feature
• Resolve cleanly at the end so the message lands
Constraint → concept.
Still heartbroken about this. Constant urge to bring it back
Hmmmm, one of our channels that parodied US politics has been terminated despite NOT breaking a SINGLE community deadline. Our best performers were about a certain spray tanned man in politics and his connections to a man with an island. How bizarre it got taken down
(no we did NOT make a video about recent events)

Not to brag but I was pretty good at that, and we achieved millions of views consistently. It sharpened my understanding of what actually drives performance on social: strong hooks, clear storytelling, driving engagement and editing that grabs the audience.
I'm now excited to bring those skills to a new team and take on a fresh challenge!

I re-edited an old edit from EXACTLY 3 years ago today.
I'm aiming for 2026 to be all about improvement, as an editor and also as a person, so I thought recreating an edit would be a great idea.
How much have I improved in 3 years?
Edited a clip in the style of @Calfreezy and @HarrisonWebb97 today as I've LOVED their videos for a while now and been inspired by the edit.
