A doctor on Jenny McCarthy’s podcast just said this about GLP-1 drugs like retatrutide: “I really think we should put it in the water.”
Dr. Terry Dubrow calls it the latest, greatest GLP-1 drug and says it could become the first trillion-dollar drug. His claims: you lose about a third of your weight in 48 weeks, you keep your muscle, and your body fat dissolves.
McCarthy says all the 20 and 21-year-old guys in her Chicago neighborhood are already on it. She also says many women she interviewed for her menopause book told her microdosing GLP-1s gave them relief.
Dubrow says he’s a huge fan of microdosing, calling it “unofficial non-medical advice.”
Why would a weight-loss shot help with menopause, arthritis or aging? His answer is blood sugar. These drugs lower it, less sugar means less inflammation, and he blames inflammation for much of how we age.
Science note:
• Retatrutide is not FDA-approved. Lilly plans to file with the FDA in early 2027, and the FDA says it cannot be compounded. Any retatrutide sold outside an approved trial is not an approved medicine and may be mislabeled, contaminated, or incorrectly dosed.
• In the Phase 3 TRIUMPH-1 trial, the highest dose produced an average 28.3% body-weight loss over 80 weeks.
• Mounjaro is a GLP-1 + GIP agonist - not “GLP-2.” Retatrutide is a GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon receptor agonist.
• Two large Phase 3 trials, EVOKE and EVOKE+, found that semaglutide did not slow Alzheimer’s progression, despite changes in some biomarkers.
The trial results are huge, and young guys are already taking the drug before it’s approved.

⚠️Remember Microsoft Paint?
The app now has a critical flaw rated 8.1 out of 10 that could let hackers use it to run their own code on your computer.
Microsoft says it can be exploited over the network, and "No authentication or user interaction is required."
The company patched Paint in October, then released a new version on Friday to "comprehensively address" the flaw.
Microsoft lists the flaw as not exploited so far.
Paint has been part of Windows since 1985.
To stay safe, update Paint in the Microsoft Store and check you're on version 11.2609.401.0.

Years ago, I had my own zeolite product.
Like so many others, I was searching for the best ways to detox the body.

This is Pauline Lumumba, the woman who watched them kill her husband and then walked half-naked in protest. You may not have seen the photo, but it shows a Congolese 🇨🇩 woman, bare-chested, with her hair shaved, walking in the street crying, with a child tied on her back. That woman is Pauline Opangu Lumumba, the wife of Patrice Lumumba, in 1961.
Patrice was only 35 years old and had been Prime Minister of Congo for just 67 days. His crime was that he declared, "Congo is not Belgium's property. Our gold, our copper, and our diamonds will feed our children." Because of those words, Belgium, America, and his own army chief, Mobutu, decided that he must die. On January 17, 1961, they took Patrice, together with Maurice Mpolo and Joseph Okito, to Katanga.
Pauline recounts what happened to him in harrowing detail. She said they beat him for hours, pulled out his teeth, and forced him to eat his own speech papers. Then a Belgian 🇧🇪 officer, Gerard Soete, shot him. After that, they cut his body into pieces with a saw and poured acid over it to dissolve him, so that no grave would ever exist. There was no body, no grave, only acid.
When they told Pauline, she did not scream. In Congolese tradition, she shaved her hair to mourn her husband. She removed her top to show the world, "You have stripped me of my husband. I have nothing left." Then she walked barefoot from Leopoldville to the place where they killed him, a journey of 1,000 km, with her baby on her back, singing his name all the way.
Mobutu, who took part in killing her husband, went on to become President for 32 years with US support. Belgium kept Lumumba's gold tooth as a souvenir in a police station until 2020. Patrice Lumumba died because he wanted a united Africa, like Gaddafi. Pauline died in 2014, still waiting for his body to be buried, and she never remarried. That is the price of saying, "Africa for Africans." And you still think Africa's poverty is because we are lazy.

Sources said she charged $3,000–$5,000 per post, with some clients seeking to influence Trump through her White House connections.
Former Trump campaign adviser Alex Bruesewitz confirmed paying her for political messaging.

🇷🇺🇩🇪 Zakharova: Germany paying only Jewish survivors of the Siege of Leningrad is a "disgrace of disgraces"
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has condemned Germany for paying compensation only to survivors of the Siege of Leningrad who are Jewish. She said the German authorities have "completely sunk to the level of beasts."
"This is a disgrace of disgraces, it is such a humiliation of people's memory," Zakharova said. She said that dividing siege survivors by ethnicity insults the memory of everyone who lived through it.
Zakharova said Moscow has raised the issue with Berlin many times, asking that all survivors be compensated regardless of ethnic origin. Russia stayed quiet about it publicly for several years, she said, but Berlin kept avoiding a direct answer.
Germany pays the Jewish survivors as Holocaust victims. In June, Zakharova accused Berlin of using far-fetched pretexts to deny payments to the city's other surviving defenders and residents. She also pointed out that Germany has for decades paid social benefits to former Third Reich soldiers and SS veterans, including foreign collaborators who took part in the siege.
