Brett Harrison, former head of FTX US, has made a long thread regarding FTX US and his time there. In December, Unusual Whales spoke to SBF where he said tokenized shares of $AMC, $GME were backed 1:1. Here is a video of Brett saying the same from Sept from a AMA with Reddit.

Otter at a local zoo is going viral after showing zookeepers her favorite marble collection. At a local zoo, staff noticed one otter had a habit that was different from the rest. Otters are known for using rocks to crack open shellfish, and some even keep their favorite stones because they work better than others. But this otter wasn’t saving rocks. She was saving marbles. Zookeepers first noticed her hiding one shiny marble in the corner of her enclosure. Then another appeared. Then another. Soon, staff realized she wasn’t just collecting them by accident. She was carefully keeping each one like it meant something. The zookeepers thought it was so sweet that one by one, staff members started bringing her a different marble as a gift. Every time she received one, she would take it gently, inspect it, and add it to her little collection. Now, whenever certain keepers visit, she gathers the marbles together as if she’s showing them off. Visitors say it looks like she knows exactly which marble came from which person.

This man just took the same plastic recorder that used to sound like a dying goose in elementary school and casually started shredding Sultans of Swing on it. Eyes half-closed, fully committed, fingers flying like he actually practiced this instead of just surviving Hot Cross Buns. Somewhere a music teacher is watching this and having an existential crisis. The recorder has seen things. It will never be the same.

🚨In 2010, when it was most unpopular to do so, Ron Paul delivered a powerful speech in support of WikiLeaks and Julian Assange. "How can the US government charge an Australian citizen with treason for publishing US secret information that he did not steal?" Amen.

0% of government fraud can be done without the government's help. this is the 9th ring of Hell.
Isn't That Your Job? A new "fraud whistleblower" payout program was announced today, rewarding people who report gubmint fraud with up to $30K a pop. While I'm happy to hear of this program and I'm obviously against fraud, I can't help but wonder why I thought that was literally their job? We have millions of gubmint employees recklessly burning our cash while we're in debt, but we need the public to uncover it? I'm in a pickle about how to feel about this. Maybe it's just me, but, it seems like a good thing for a bad problem that shouldn't need to be solved this way. I'm glad it exists but I'm also disappointed it needs to exist, does that make sense? It's beyond clear that the bureaucracy can't manage their own finances, which is why my audience loves my partners at @AFHC_USA - thousands have signed up for a totally free healthcare review here: apply.americafirsthealthcare… so they can kick the government out of their family's healthcare.

The 77-year-old Indigenous actor kept forgetting his lines. The director stopped the filming and said something that would change the performance completely: “Tell it your way.” It was 1976, and they were filming *The Outlaw Josey Wales*. Chief Dan George was struggling. At 77, memorizing long sections of scripted dialogue was no easy task. Clint Eastwood noticed. Rather than demanding he repeat the lines exactly, Eastwood stepped back. “Forget the exact words,” he told George. “Tell the story the way you would tell it.” Chief Dan George was born Geswanouth Slahoot in 1899 on the Burrard Reserve near North Vancouver. For most of his life acting was never part of his plans. He worked as a longshoreman, raised a family, and in 1951 became chief of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. He did not begin acting until he was in his sixties. His breakthrough came in 1970 with *Little Big Man*, opposite Dustin Hoffman. The performance earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor, making him the first Indigenous performer ever nominated for the award. In *The Outlaw Josey Wales* he played Lone Watie, a Cherokee survivor who develops an unlikely friendship with Eastwood’s outlaw. When Eastwood gave him space, George delivered the dialogue in his own natural rhythm. His pauses became longer. His humor came quietly. The scenes still remembered feel less like lines written by a screenwriter and more like stories told by a man who had earned the right to tell them. The film became one of the most respected Westerns ever made. Chief Dan George’s performance remains one of its greatest strengths. He saw acting as a responsibility—to show Indigenous people as complete human beings, funny, thoughtful, and contemporary. *The Outlaw Josey Wales* was one of his final major film roles. Chief Dan George died in 1981 at the age of 82. When Clint Eastwood told him, “Tell it your way,” he was recognizing that some voices carry histories far deeper than any written dialogue. Nearly fifty years later, those scenes still resonate because what you are watching does not feel like an actor pretending. It feels like an elder telling a story that matters.

“He could have solved world hunger instead of building a flying car” My brother in Christ, In 2021 the UN claimed they could solve world hunger with $6 Billion. Elon offered them the $6 Billion if they were transparent with where the funds were going. The UN never took his offer.

“What Does an English Girl Think of a Yank?” 💃 Rita Hayworth and Jack Cole light up the screen in Tonight and Every Night (1945)! Hayworth was pregnant during production so her quite a few musical numbers were the first to have been filmed. And when the scheduled male dancer sprained his ankle, choreographer Cole stepped in as her partner. A last-minute substitution that gave us this dazzling pairing! And as the cherry on top, immerse yourself in Rudolph Maté’s gorgeous Technicolor cinematography! #TonightAndEveryNight #RitaHayworth #JackCole #HollywoodMusical

Silverback on the hunt.
I am not going away @vladtenev @DanGallagher AMC Entertainment does not consent to Robinhood creating Stock Tokens to replicate AMC shares in the United States (the SEC requires you to get our consent, or failing that, at least with us to stand down). They are fake, synthetic shares, which could impact our capital structure. AMC should control our financial destiny, not Robinhood.

Things I noticed this week that really piss me off: 1. Facebook is now limiting posts with links on business pages to TWO PER WEEK! Want to link more? $39.99 a month subscription. TO LINK SHIT. I hate FB more every day. Shouldn't be on there, anyway... 2. McDonald's charges a .10 upcharge for unsweet tea, so I guess fuck all the diabetics. Love, Ronald. Shouldn't be going there, anyway... Wen paying to breathe? Is that next, you greedy bastards?
