I’ve never seen anyone at 10% body fat actually win one of these competitions. Makes me wonder if the extra fat and dad bod is lowkey helping them or something.

I honestly think any woman who’s not a professional bodybuilder doesn’t need to be lifting extremely heavy weights like this, if your goal is to stay fit.
Heavy lifting can put significant demands on the pelvic floor, and some women may experience urinary leakage or pelvic pressure. 145kg is a lot of weight.

POV:
You swapped Deadlifts out for this exercise and now…
- Your Lower Back feels better than ever before
- Your Glutes and Hamstrings are the most developed they’ve ever been
- It is much easier for you to recover on time for your next session
NO-BRAINER DECISION

My chest workout ain’t complete without using the chest press machine. The chest press machine targets both the upper and lower chest fibers, along with the middle chest, not just the chest alone but, the shoulders and triceps too.
Rebuilding capacity from limited mobility to full gym training in under two years is less about dramatic before-and-afters and more about quietly reclaiming function—one consistent session at a time.
