What a blood bath today for the market. 🩸
Max pain for the bulls. We watched $SPX move from 7669 to 7757 then drop to 7631 by today. $QQQ moved from 715 to 730 then drops to 707.
Let the market drop. The path of least resistance is down. We have FOMC coming up in 1.5 weeks, then Tech earnings and Mid term elections.
If the market continues to sell off... $SPX to 7500 in play next week and $QQQ to 693 next.

- Forget about the money
Your first goal isn't money. It's proof that your process works. Focus on chasing becoming the best trader possible and the money will chase you.
- Journal every single trade
Entry, exit, why you took it, how you felt. After 50 trades your mistakes will jump off the page and you will keep sharpening your trading.
- Trade the first hour
That's where the best price action is. The middle of the day is where accounts go to die.
- Protect your capital above everything. You can't learn if you're blown up.
