The Rabbi Dov Lior, the main rabbi of Ben-Gvir's party and of the Hilltop Youth has released a ruling explaining why it is not only legal to steal olives from Palestinians, but also a good thing. He writes: Harvesting olives in the Holy Land is entirely permitted, and it even carries an added virtue, given the security dangers posed by Arabs approaching the Jewish communities and settlement points." "Jews are permitted to harvest the olives even in areas far from the Jewish communities, in order to publicly display our ownership of the Land, and in doing so they fulfill the commandment of conquering the Land." The Jewish religion is being weaponized by our rabbis to steal land and agricultural products from the true indigenous owners of the land.

Israel has made it standard practice to arrest minors and place them in isolation in order to break them mentally, often without standing trial or committing a disciplinary infraction: 1) The practice has grown fast. PHRI's freedom of information data shows one minor isolated in 2022, 50 in 2023 and 199 in 2024. Oneg Ben-Dror of PHRI says "What was once an exceptional measure has become routine, including for minors and women." 2) This is almost always used against minors who were not convicted. 92% of the isolated minors had not been convicted. 176 were awaiting trial. 115 were in administrative detention on Shin Bet orders, with no charge. 326 of the 351 were classified as security prisoners. Only four of the criminal ones had been sentenced. 3) Many experience this more than once and for extended periods. Isolation was imposed 666 times. 154 children were isolated more than once, and 42 between four and eight times. The youngest were five boys aged 13 and 14. It usually lasted seven days and sometimes 14. 4) Conditions have killed at least one child. Walid Ahmad, 17, died at Megiddo in March 2025. His family's autopsy found extreme malnutrition and scabies. In September 2025 Israel's Supreme Court ruled that the state was not feeding security prisoners enough. Justice Daphne Barak-Erez called adequate nutrition "the ABC of the rule of law." 5) Palestinian children describe isolation being used to extract confessions. Diyaa, 16, was held 15 days in a windowless cell and then about 10 more days after confessing. He said he confessed because of "my horrible detention conditions in the cell." Another boy, Thabet, confessed after four days in solitary, during which an interrogator threatened to arrest and kill his parents. "I was very scared of them," he said. The practice is completely immoral and illegal. UN rules ban solitary confinement for children outright. In 2016 the UN Committee Against Torture told Israel to "put an immediate end and prohibit" it for juveniles. This is yet another example of how Israel treats prisoners, in this case children, like they are subhuman.
