Why are children at these schools allowed to carry sharp objects??

Dreadful service tonight from @LNER on the 19:06 from Kings X to Lincoln Central, 1st class service suspended due to the vestibules being to full!, every time “Calum” is the host on this journey he finds a reason to suspend 1st class service, how to I complain?
