Shocking by VAR not to give that pen on Isak. Clear as day he pulls the shirt
There has to be a conversation about Alisson’s appalling distribution. He was responsible for the goal & his distribution has been shite for several games.

REVEALED - the true extent of Man City’s financial advantage via cheating: £4.6bn?

Arteta is a horrible piece of work. Mouthing off at a 16 year old who’s already devastated at being sent off.

A dream come true for Kostas ❤️

ALT Social media post from Kostas Tsimikas reading: "Representing my dream club , on a champions league night, as a captain, with a win and some assists serving?! Little Kostas , we made it happen kid 🫠 Never stop dreaming and believing guys. Dreams can come true. I made some of mine come true today and it feels great. I am so grateful. 🙏🏻
This. Absolutely this.

I was telling my friends that it's not the players fault and they have no control over it but after seeing the smugness and the smiles I want them all to burn

How long is the stench of the “sham” going to corrode the meaning, worth, and very essence of the Premier League?
Listening to commentary about Manchester City’s players matching the defiance of their ownership and triumphing in adversity.
Listening to fans chorusing the names of the men running the club, wearing masks or displaying banners of their faces and jibing: “We’re Man City, we’ll cheat when we want.”
Victory being framed as “a lovely moment,” a show of togetherness as though some grave injustice has been imposed on City, rather than their hierarchy being found by an independent commission to have orchestrated financial doping on an industrial scale.
Their opponents and the rest of us wondering if any of this actually matters now and how much of it ever did?
There can be no business as usual pretence. We need a full stop to the absurdity.
Do we need any more evidence as to why we should never have allowed states to own clubs? @premierleague

To think this went unpunished while Ryan Gravenberch was sent off for two pathetically harsh yellow cards today
Is it any wonder football fans are utterly sick of refereeing incompetence at this stage?

Jérémy Doku is a sensational talent.
He cost Man City just £55m of the £900m they corruptly accrued in the "cheating years".

It's mad this, imagine being found Guilty of billion pound fraud, on the scale of Enron before the 2008 Global Financial Crisis and then having people say "well that's not how Enron see it", "I want to look for different angles". Expected better from Guillem, blinded by Pep.

Yes, that is what the commission found out
Not how they see it
Just curious about how the club see themselves, that was the point of the comparison
Interesting how trying to look for another angle brings so much vitriol. No possibility of discussion of any kind which means there is no way back for City in terms of reputation (which is an obvious thing to say)
It will not stop me trying to analyse things from different angles 😉
What exactly is there to view from a different angle? They cheated repeatedly. Premeditated. Knowingly. And are probably still doing it now. No shame. No contrition. No integrity. When you appear to be a City shill then expect vitriol.

These disgusting people shouldn’t be anywhere near a football club, let alone owning one. Get despotic state-ownership out of football @premierleague

Oh, BTW Bloo, I do some legal work for lawyers on a pro bono basis, eg when 8 former mcfc players went to court for careers lost after being sexually abused at City as kids by predatory paedophile Barry Bennell. City’s lawyers called Bennell to gaslight them in court, from prison

The more you read about Khaldoon Al Mubarak, the more you realise he can’t carry on as City chairman if PL is to maintain integrity
Wholly unsurprising that he tried this - and yet still shocking that he did - via @FT
This is why nation states can’t own football clubs

From Etihad Airways 60-page submission to John Kerry, US Department Secretary of State, Antony Foxx, US Department of Transportation Secretary and Penny Pritzker, US Department of Commerce Secretary on May 31, 2015
#MCFC’s key defence in its appeal over the Premier League guilty verdict was denied by its own title sponsor Etihad Airways in an extensive submission to the US government in 2015

He should have three Premier League titles to his name. He went toe-to-toe operating fairly. A penny for his thoughts today. No punishment can turn back the clock. His legacy has been enhanced in the past couple of days but what a pity that he didn't get what he deserved. Legend.

Back in 2014, there was a man who was already aware of the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now runs FIFA. The infamous Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, shared confidential documents and, in short, outmanoeuvred the Investigatory Chamber, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and PSG would merely receive a fine, avoiding a deeper investigation that could have led to a Champions League ban. All of these details were also revealed through Football Leaks.
Given his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, I can only say, in my humble opinion, that Gianni Infantino has become a cancer on football and should have no place in the future of the game.
