👍🏼It can be a great tool for some people but may not be ideal for others. Again, it is not a requirement for fat loss and has no magic properties when compared to eating the same number of calories spread throughout the whole day.

Carbs are not the enemy (I once believed they were) Carbs are the fuel for your training sessions. To train with real intensity, you need carbs. Don’t allow your body to slow down..IT WILL GET USED TO IT

Swimming is a great cardio exercise and probably the best when you have back issues. I would consult your doctor first but there are definitely certain weights sessions people can be doing that do not compromise your back.

I wouldn’t be relying on them alone to build my daily protein intake but definitely there’s a place for them in my diet.

So much BS online these days. This is a good place to begin. Fat Loss Starter Kit: Calorie Deficit Lift Weights Consume High Protein Diet Eat Whole Foods ~7 Hours Sleep Diets Not Required: Carnivore Keto Paleo Low Fat Vegan Intermittent Fasting etc.

Don’t be lured into thinking that there is a “magic”, “secret” or “long lost” way of eating required to lose weight. Run a mile from anyone who promotes this ideology or pushes one particular diet on you.
